As long as you don't have any already paranoid notions based in a bad relationship with your father, etc. or extreme insecure tendencies having to do with already low self-esteem, usually, your gut tells you and your gut never lies. What you have to really determine is to what extent your guy/guy is informing you. If you are WRONG, then you will apologize- it just shows how very much you love your mate. If you are right, then remember that most folks who cheat will do it again.
