I can honestly say that guilt is one of the worst emotions a human can carry. Time can usually make your guilt fade away. Find someone trusting to talk to about your feelings. When I lie I feel guilty and I find someone i trust and talk it out. It ALWAYS makes me feel better. Always. <3

One can only assume that you entered into a relationship with a married man and knew he was married. What have you to be jealous about. In my opinion it depends on how bad his marriage is, but there are at least 65% percent of married man who left the wife or family for the other woman. One of their reason is he doesn't love the wife anymore and his life with her is getting bored or dying without sparks. Most married man will have their own reason why they want out, it could be for their own reason and more. they are the only one that knows, especially if they don't know how to communicate with their wife. Some men will realize after many years that the wife is not his soul mate he thought, so some will take many years before they can find out his real and true feeling towards the wife. Will he regret it, not sure but maybe there are some married man who did regret leaving his first family because of the other woman, but there are some who don't.

I never really seen the text messages he sent her because he was smarter than that when he was doing it. I never seen his cell around the our bedroom, even in his office. But now I know why. The only thing I heard was when he was talking to her on the phone around midnight, I was coming downstairs to see if he fell asleep in the couch, unfortunately I overheard him talking on the phone saying " it feels wonderful." Both of you need to grow up and stop the cheating. If an individual is so unhappy in the relationship they are in then they should have the backbone to face their partner and tell them the relationship is over and then they are free to see whomever they want. Cheating is cruel; selfish as far as hurting the person they are suppose to love and shows the character of the cheater as having no morals and a big sign of weakness when it comes to relationships. Not really and if you're smart invite her over for dinner so you can get to know her. My husband has female friends from the past and I have male friends from the past and I just invite them over for dinner on occasion. If you can meet her and talk to her you may realize that there is indeed good friendships between the opposite sex and that it doesn't mean people will have an affair. In fact, I am having a young female co-worker that use to work on my husband's crew over for dinner in two weeks. I feel no threat coming from her, and she has on and off boyfriends. She's a nice girl and, if women are confident in themselves they should know the character of their husband. If your husband doesn't feel it's a good idea to have her over for dinner then I suggest you be concern and have a nice little chat with him. you have to write a list of all the good things that happened in your relationship . then you have to write a list of all the bad things in the relationship (including the break-up). that way you know how you felt at the time and you can watch yourself mature beyond who you were at the time of your relationship and this helps create a positive 'moving on, no regrets' attitude.
