I am so sorry you are going through such a mess. Men are not too bright in this department and think they can have an affair; leave it up to the woman to deal with birth control and then the men are in shock when they find out they are going to be a daddy. There are several things to consider. You didn't mention if you had children of your own. You need to sit down with your husband and ask him why he had this affair in the first place. Then you are going to have to decide if he's worth keeping around. We all make mistakes and we all go through emotional ups and downs in our lives and it's important we learn from those mistakes. Hopefully, your husband made a mistake having the affair, got out of it and doesn't go down that road anymore. The only way you are going to get these answers to so many questions is from him. If you don't like what you hear kick him to the curb! If he is truly upset, admits to a mistake and looks you in the eyes and tells you it has only happened once and it will never happen again, then I'd give him another chance. The child is the innocent one here and your husband should be a man and take some responsibility for this child, but not until he is tested to finalize the fact he is indeed the father of this child. While the child is one of the innocent parties in this mess (along with you and any children you have), the whole situation can't be put in the past, they way some affairs can be. What if your husband decides to have a relationship with this child? While he should at least support this child financially and hopefully emotionally, it's not going to be a Brady Bunch blended family--there is going to be a lot of hurt and resentment about what has occured, even if you never know this child. If you decide to divorce him, do it now. Discuss the full situation with a lawyer, and make tough decisions about child support. If the child's mother demands, and wins child support in a court decision, you, not just your husband, will be expected to dole out monetary support. The reality is, this support will come at a cost to your children. Obviously this is a situation your husband brought on himself, but it still will affect other people's lives. Sadly, a lot of people, including your children and this child, are going to suffer for the stupidity of your husband and this woman.

Sometimes they compare themeselves to other people only because there not satisfied with how they look or if their husband is saying othere women are pretty then maybe that makes her feel like she's just something less then what that other person may have.

If you are the husband and you already knew about it, why didn't you confront her so she can explain herself to you. Confronting her is your best bet on telling her what you knew. Your situation is a bit similar to my story, but the only different is I didn't know what's going on for a while until I discovered his love affair. This man I marry do complain about the texting when it comes to a cell phone and I see his point until I saw his phone statement with lots of texting to this one number, and this is without calling her every single night without my knowledge till 3-4 in the morning. Normally someone who gets a thrill out of taking something from someone else. In men it's normally a need to validate their manhood. Theyve either been cheated on or have low self esteem issues and make up for it by going after taken women.

Even if the husband does leave his wife for a girlfriend 48% of those men never stay with their new girlfriend for long and a fairly high percentage go back to their wives (if the wives will take them back.) I wouldn't take the phone that's immature. Its not yours to take and your only dating your not married. Although he should be being honest with you that he has a friend that is a girl or telling you why this girl is calling, if there is nothing to hide. I would ask him flat out, "I see that so/so has called alot, who is she to you". If he gets all fidgety and excusatory then he's hiding something. If he comes out and tells you her name is so/so, do you want to meet her, then do so. Dont know how long you have been seeing him but he should be dealing with your relationship and your feelings respectfully and honestly at all times. Beware though if he is not willing to share the fact that he has a friend that is a girl, which there is nothing wrong with, then he could lie about it too. You have to use your intuition on this one. Ask him to meet her if he doesnt volunteer it up and if he says no, then dump him. Whether it is man or woman that his is just "Friends" with as your partner he should want to share them with you not hide them. Think, look and listen. Good luck.

Okay well this has happened to me before. I think you should just talk to him and see what he has to say. Listen to him and go with what he says. Tell him you would really appreciate it if he would stop talking to her so much. Hope this helped

I love the question. there are some married men that don't know anything when it comes to sex. They will act and talk like their expert or maybe "macho" is a good way to call those men who do not know how to please their women. Obviously not. If he remains loyal to his wife then whether he's sharing a bed with another woman or if he's sharing the same room in some hotel, he's not cheating on her.

Just that, his wife should believe him when she finds out that he shared a bed with another woman and that they both slept besides and not with each other!
