No.
Cream cheese is freshly curdled milk with most of the whey strained off - very mild, creamy taste, not very "cheesy".

What is the correct spelling for Monterrey cheese?
The correct spelling is "Monterey Jack Cheese" originally "Jack's Cheese", so named after the businessman who first marketed it (David Jacks) in Monterey, California.
Monterrey (with two r's) is a city in Mexico, however, this city has no association with the cheese in question.
I have seen Queso Manchego marketed by Mexican cheese makers as "Monterrey" or "Monterey" cheese (no "Jack"), but I think this is more for marketing purposes for brand recognition by non-Spanish speakers.
What does aged cheddar taste like?
It tastes much like normal cheddar however it is much richer in flavour. Quite a dilicous cheese in small doses but if you eat too much of it you may find it is too strong.
I much prefer it to normal cheddar but that is my personal opinion.
Try it yourself!

How did George Washington carver make peanut cheese?
Take 2 cups of shelled peanuts. Soak in water over night to make them soft. put them in a blender or food processor with about 6 cups of water (the more water you add the creamier the cheese). Blend until really creamy and smooth. Then add a 1-2 tablespoons of cultured buttermilk or active plain yogurt and blend that together. When evenly blended take cheesecloth and place it into a strainer over a big bowl. Pour the blender into the cheesecloth and let the liquid drain into the big bowl. Now wrap the cheesecloth around your peanut mash and put a mason jar filled with water on top of it. This will help drain the liquid out. Let this sit for 12-24 hours (the longer it sits the cheesier it will taste). Also a fun tip the liquid that is draining is probioitic peanut milk you can drink this or even pour on cereal. After the cheese is done sitting unwrap from cheesecloth and eat it or mix with seasonings of your choice. You can also wrap in a saran wrap and place in the fridge to help it solidify and gain more flavor. ENJOY your nutty cheese!
well if its nacho cheese then its your fault... i mean seriously you cant just go around eating whats not yours! p.s. i like extra cheese on my nachos
How do you make rennet from melons?
You cannot make rennet from melons or any other fruit.
Rennet is a complex of enzymes produced in the stomachs of ruminant mammals. Chymosin, its key component, is a protease enzyme that curdles the casein in milk.
However acids from acidic fruit (e.g. lemons, limes, oranges) can also be used to curdle the casein in milk. But it operates by a different mechanism than rennet does.
Lesbian culture really developed in the 80s and 90s. It was hip and sophisticated to eat fancy imported cheeses and other such haute couture in the 80s and 90s in a way that fell out of popular culture in the past couple of decades. Ergo, it's because lesbians live in 1995.
