Where is blower motor located on 2003 Chevy impala?
It's located under the dash on the passenger side. There are two clips in the front of the under-dash cover and a Christmas tree type push pin that you will probably have to replace ( I just cut it off with a pair of side cutters). The blower motor is the round gizmo that protrudes downward. If you're having a problem with the fan speed, it's the fan resistor mounted all the way against the firewall. Hard to replace! The part is only $30, possible to replace, but best left to the professionals.
Is there a diagram of the oil plug and filter on a 2000 Impala?
Why would you need a diagram? The drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine, screwed into the oil pan. The filter is mounted on the engine block. If you cannot crawl under the car and find these, then you are not qualified to change your own oil. Pay someone to do it for you.
Where is the oxygen sensor located on a 2003 Chevrolet Impala?

Oddly enough just went through the same issue and was easily getting nervous. Lower intake manifold, oil pan gasket both $600 repair. As it turns out this wasn't the case at all. It turn out to be the power steering low pressure line. The impala behind the passenger tire (out of view) has a plastic shield to help prevent snow, dirt and other road debris getting on the pulley area's (good idea) however this plate rubs against the line and over time (a pin hole) the power steering fluid looks a lot like oil (especially clean oil). Check your power steering fluid first if it is not your power steering fluid then it could be a loose bolt on the oil pan area but if that is not it then most likely lower gasket. There maybe a recall on this issue so check https://my.gm.com/web/portal/recalls
This link requires you to enter you vin but it will help provide information to what recalls are registered. It not definitive but its a start or call your local dealer about possible service bulletins.

How do you drain antifreeze from 2006 3.9 Chevy Impala?
Remove plug or open petcock at lower or rear of radiator or remove lower radiator hose. This removes a bit over 4 quarts of the 12 quart system total. The remainder is in the block. The thermostat is in the fitting where the lower hose connects to the block. Removing the hose clamp and removing the two bolts to remove the thermostat allows almost another quart to drain which means you still have a little over 6 quarts in the block.
There are two block drain plugs but on the '06 Impala they are very difficult to get too. One is at the front of the block very near the oil filter...just above and to the passenger side. The other plug is for the rear bank and is located almost in the symmetrical opposite at the rear of the engine. The transmission makes this one impossible to get to from below but if you have someone looking from below, you can remove the coolant reservoir tank and reach around from the rear passenger side of the block with a wrench to remove this plug. This is all time consuming and difficult because you want to be able to remove all of the coolant flush and then flush with tap water followed by total removal of the tap water and then installation of the distilled water-dexcool 50/50 solution. It is much easier to take it to a shop and have them use the coolant exchange machine to perform a thorough "flush and fill" procedure. Hope this helps you

What has more stopping power front or rear brakes?
There should be more braking power to the front wheels for two reasons. As the brake is applied there is a change in the balance of weight distribution on all four tires caused by the vehicle pitching down on the front. This places more weight on the front tires. If there was more braking taking place on the rear tires than on the front, there would become an oversteer condition and the back of the vehicle would skid out.

Where is the AC diverter vacuum line on a 2003 Impala?
Comes out of the R/H side of the plenum near the alternator. Runs alone the R/H inner fender, down by the battery box where it gets taped into the wire harness and enters the cabin through the R/H foot well. I lost vacuum to the diverter valve and the system would not switch from vent to heat to defrost. It just stay in one position. In my case the plastic vacuum line was damage by battery acid where the line comes close to the battery box. Easy fix by cutting out the bad section and replace with rubber vacuum hose.
