my 05 Chevy impala brake light come on when my vehicle is turned off killing my battery.

Comes out of the R/H side of the plenum near the alternator. Runs alone the R/H inner fender, down by the battery box where it gets taped into the wire harness and enters the cabin through the R/H foot well. I lost vacuum to the diverter valve and the system would not switch from vent to heat to defrost. It just stay in one position. In my case the plastic vacuum line was damage by battery acid where the line comes close to the battery box. Easy fix by cutting out the bad section and replace with rubber vacuum hose.

This really depends on the model year. On my 97 Bonneville (which is the same from 92-99) there are 3 bolts hidden. One is beneath the interior light. The way you can get these off is a small flat head screwdriver. Just lightly pry at the rear of the light. There is a small clip that holds it on. Be careful though. This part is very easy to break so be careful! The 2nd is under the panel above the door handle. the same panel as the rear veiw ajustment switch.

The 3rd is under the door handle. Just lightly pry the panel behind the handle with a small flathead screw driver.

Behind the panel itself are some plastic fasteners. These are pretty difficult to get off. As they do get stuck. The easiest way is to use a pair of needle nose pliers to gently ease them out. I do believe there are about six of them. Next is the power window switch. All there is to do is find a slotted opening to get a small flat head screwdriver inside to press a metal clip to release the housing itself. Everything pulls out including a cluster of wires. This cluster of wires plugs into the back of the window switches. Just release the clips and then wiggle the plug loose. After doing that, release the lock handle loose just jiggle the handle until you hear a click. then just pull the trim around the handle loose. Then, just gently lift up on the panel to work the top loose. That should take care of it! GOOD LUCK!!

you need to buy the wire harness for the car itself then you need to connect it to the stock wire harness, after that, you need to go ahead and strip it and wire it to your new CD players harness and then you will need to screw in and install the new head unit.-Shocker

i found a picture of mine from looking up a picture for the alternator. try looking up other parts that belong on the belt path. waterpump, powersteering.. etc.

My 2003 impala has a button for the hour and minute on either side of the tune/display knob, just push the hour (HR) button for a second or 2 and it will start changing the hour, then adjust the minutes with the minute (MN) button.

A bad gasket would probably leak, and an oil change would be a good opportunity to spot that.

22s will fit on the hhr on stock suspension.but if you have a lowered suspension they might rubb!i have 20s on my hhr,with lowering springs.

well the powers that be at gm say 1000lbs max, per my owners manual, i personally think it could handle more like 1500-2000 without a problem, granted you aren't carrying five people in the car or planning to go cross country, that's my opinion not fact, my equinox had the same engine and was rated for 3500lbs towing, not sure why such a large gap, they are similarly built, with a car moreso than a truck it is important to keep the tongue weight around 10-15 percent of the total weight being towed,to maintain safe handling.

i work at a Chevy dealership and have seen this many times. 1 of ur frt drive axle shafts is bad. raise vehicle and u can usually grab axle shaft and move which 1 is bad
