My 2001 Chrysler Concorde lhs will not start can you help me solve the problem?
I'd start with the plugs and wires but it may well be the timing belt. It could also be the lower air intake or the air flow sensor. You really need to take it to a dealership and have them diagnose the problem.
P0700 means that you need to check the TCM for codes. Fluid and filter is not likely to help.

What do you do when your cooling fans are not running for a 1996 Chrysler LHS?
Do NOT srive it unless you have to! Call your local Chrysler company and ask them if it's ok to drive it to them. Get it fixed and you're good to go!
that could mean there is a bent pulley causing the belt to ride crooked and break. It could also mean one of the pulleys is locking up(not turning), which will also cause the belt to break. Overtightening the belt will also cause the belt to break. I'm betting one of the pulleys is locking up. I would check the a/c compressor pulley first, then the others.
I have had this exact problem. In my case, it was the antenna connector on the radio itself. It needs to be resoldered on the radio and then it will work just fine. - RL

How do you replace the serpentine belt located on a Chrysler?
First, remove the broken belt very carefully. Then, prepare your work area. Having the right tools are critical. A serpentine belt remover/adjuster, Mopar Part #23-w3221 can really help save you time. It is a silver plier-looking tool with a gold tip that has a solid microprocessor embedded into the base. Now, jack up the front end with tire jacks and stablizers. Make sure your battery is fully disconnected. Take your spare key, and insert into the lip of the fuse box and twist 1/3 turn to the left. Now press hard, forcing the top to pop. Wash out the air cleaner while your at it or you may wish you had. Dust in a power converter steering box modulator rack box is a no no. Ok, pop a couple of beers, chug one and sip the other. At this point you will either start getting sleepy or creepy. Pop a couple more beers, power drain these down your esophogus and hopefully the creepy thing will fade quickly. Intall the belt according to the package schematic, but without adding the d-clip retainer ring supplied. You may need to bend the alignment washer 6-7 degrees south of the ring equator balance indicator. Once the belt is loosely hung on the balance jam level bar, take up about 34mm of slack. More or less, and you can kiss the new belt goodbye. Pop the last two beers of the six pack, and make it a day. Good luck and have a little fun.
How do you remove the air filter housing to get to the battery on a 1999 Chrysler LHS?
Simple, you don't! Remove the passenger's side front tire and there is a little door from which you access the battery. Actually, you do need to remove it. You can't access the terminal posts or the tie-down bracket from the access door. The good news is the process is straightforward, and you don't need to remove the tire. First, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. From here you can remove the six screws holding in the battery access panel. Next, open the hood, unclip the air filter housing and remove the filter. It helps to get the cover up and out of the way by using a spare piece of wire and attaching it to the hood. Now, you're ready to remove the air filter housing. On the right side of the housing (facing the car) you'll notice a fastener with no apparent means of removal. This is a friction grommet, akin to the snaps on a baby's shirt. Grip the housing right above this fastener and give it a firm pull upwards. The housing should pop out over the fastener. The left side is not fastened - there are two "bumpers" that hold it in place on that side. Now you have complete access to the battery and can proceed with the replacement, sliding the battery out through the access door once it's been disconnected. Finally, it's much easier to re-install the battery access door from the top, before re-installing the air filter housing. It's possible, but not easy from down below.
