I believe a circus swing is the big multiperson swing that performers use to launch each other into acrobatic tricks. It has no catch point, so they can spin it an entire 360 degrees. Mythbusters did an episode on swinging 360 degrees and could only do it on one of these.

To do a flying trapeze act you must have a trapeze rig and a group of flyers trained to do tricks that can be thrown to a catcher. It can be however long you want it to be. A flying trapeze show is fun to watch if the flyers are wearing costumes.

These may be American terms, in England we generally use different terms (or used to because it is some time since I toured circus!).

'Performer' is little used apart from in the media, generally circus acts like to be called 'artistes' mainly, perhaps, because of the long association with the stage and Variety (called Vaudeville in America). They would freely interchange between the ring and the stage.

British circuses do not have Barkers or Roustabouts - these are generally on the fairgrounds here and separate.

I don't know that there is an "official" name, but following the Greek model of most phobia names, fear of circuses should be kuklophobia. Greek letters can be transliterated into English in more than one way, so other possible spellings would be kyklophobia or cyclophobia. "Circus" is actually Latin for "circle." The Greek word for a circle is "kyklos" and presumably that would have been their word for a circus except they didn't have circuses the way the Romans did.
