How do you turn on Vsync on your Graphic card?
Start a game, go into the options/settings, click video, click advanced and check "Enable Vsync"
Personally I don't see why anyone would want to enable vsync, so don't do it.
Alternatively you could go into your driver and find image quality and settings and enable it in there.

Find out what documents the person picking up the computer will need to present. If your friend's son needs the receipt you get as the buyer, you'll have to mail or send it to him by UPS or FedEx.
Why would you want to buy the computer in the US rather than in Puerto Vallarta?
Can't the Wal-Mart there get the computer you want?

Is Ethernet a software or a hardware?
Ethernet is a type of network, so in a way it's both. If you're looking at a computer which says it's Ethernet compatible or contains an Ethernet card, it's probably talking about hardware. These days, chances are that if you have a computer that hooks up to a network that isn't wireless, it's using Ethernet to do it.
It is a term used to refer to places that you plug things into your mother board i.e.; CPU, memory, add on cards etc. Additionally in a different context it also represents a single connection between two network applications.

How do i resolve a roxio error 0652?
It has been driving me crazy. Tried & tried to install Creator 10 on my new HP windows 7 64 bit. Finally the light went on. Turn off the firewall. Worked like a champ. Program works like it is supposed to.
I had the same problem.
The problem is due to anti virus software. I have norton internet security and then i turned it off for a while the installation completes.
And yes it worked. I just disabled anti virus and firewall.
I installed it on windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Windows will never be able to fully recognize all the file space the drive offers. For example if you have a 120 GB drive you will probably only see 111 GB, or something similar to that. The reason for this is that yes, you have 120 GB, when the drive is RAW. Once you put a file system on the drive, then you take up a little bit of space. Refer to the Microsoft article, " How to use Disk Management to configure basic disks in Windows XP" to better understand how to use Disk Management. This article is available at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/309000/
Hope this solves your problems.
The best way to wipe unused space is to use a utility designed to do so like the old Norton wipe program. The poor man's version is to defrag several times. This does an OK job but there are programs out there designed to read blank spots and even written spots. FBI and law enforcement uses it. Looking to wipe before disposing or selling. Setup as a slave and format the crap out of it several times.
In computer systems, the term "partition" refers to a segmentation or separation of the data storage space on a disk. The most common usage for a hard disk is simply one partition accounting for 100% of the storage space. In a windows system, this would be your drive C:
If, for some reason it was desired to split that drive into two, you could instead make two partitions and split the space 50/50 or 60/40 90/10 whatever, and have drive C: for one and D: for the other. Indeed you can separate the hard disk into dozens of partitions and have drive letters all the way to Z: but this tends to get a bit cumbersome.
Many operating systems prefer to put system files and user files into separate partitions for various reasons, and might also have a 3rd partition for swap files. This is done to boost system performance and stability.
In cases where there are multiple operating systems running on a single computer system, it is common to have each installed on their own partition of the hard disk.
What are the pros and cons of books versus computers?
Let me start of by saying most of the advantages and disadvantages would greatly depend on the environment you require for you to focus when studying. Considering the average person some of the following advantages may apply:
1) For people who need noise free areas, the library is most definitely the place for you. Sometimes it may be a bit noisy but that only happens once in a long while in very few libraries.
2) The environment wiithin the library itself highly motivates as there will be alot of focused people who will be down to serious business and thus you will feel motivated to do likewise.
3) A proper library should have all the books you require thus you won't have to spend much time looking for the books you require.
4) You'll be able to use more than 2 books at the same time in a case where you need more information on certain topics.
fisrstly number 4 doent make any sense
5)Libraries provides employment opportunitie, some people are employed as librarians,cleaners,IT-Specialists etc
