How do you delete history on your computer?
Great way to get rid of many unwanted things on your computer is by downloading an addon called CCleaner, a free download you can find by accessing google. If you don't want to do that go into your internet options menu and look for a tab that is related to "history" or "browsing history" depending upon the web browser you are using. There should be a button to "clear web browsing" or "Clear history" click that and there you go.

Actually in EBCDIC, the top three and bottom two rows (called rows 12, 11, 0, 8, 9) are zone rows and the bottom ten rows (called 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) are digit rows. If there are no punches in a column that column is blank, if there is only one punch in a digit row in a column that column is a digit, if there is one punch in row 12 or 11 or multiple punches in a column that column is an alphabetic or special character. The 287 math co-processor emerged as an import accessory for users of spreadsheets (the very reason PC's became important in business) but most today think of it as an option and not an accessory, but many models had the empty 287 socket as a feature making the chip an add-on accessory.
Zenith, however, started their line with a optical mouse on a digital pad (but later failed when Microsoft would not support it) and the hard-drive was an option ! The gray-scale screen integrated with the case was standard, not an option, as was Hercules card for other manufacturers.

Even them, some would argue that terminal emulation should not be ignored in speaking of "desktops" rather than the world of "jobs" and "print-outs". Some of the history requires an understanding of the difference between analyst and programmer prior to BASIC* (1964) and Visicalc (1979) even before consumer Winchester drives as DASD (1981).

Actually it was Englishman Charles Babbage 1792-1871. He called his device a difference engine. It bore as much relationship to a modern computer as the Wright Brothers' aeroplane did to a modern jet fighter.
What was the significance of the abacus?
