Which do you install first when assembling a system the drives or the motherboard?
I usually put in the motherboard first. After the motherboard you put in the CPU & then the CPU cooler which is rather difficult to install if there are other components (like hard drives) on the way. By putting in the motherboard first everything else is much easier.
Overheating and breaking down regularly was a characteristic of which type of computer?
Laptops have a tenancy to over heat a lot because of their compressed space for the hardware and not enough room for fans. For desktops i would have to say a micro-tower because of the compressed space, dust getting in and having no where to go and not a lot of fans.
Computer Networking Questions?

What do people use to get computers to the stores?
This is a vague question. If you mean in retail stores, then tractor-trailers are usually used to ship computers to the stores. If the computers are from overseas, they are often put on cargo containers and put on ships. Then the cargo containers often go onto trains. Then from trains, the cargo containers are pulled by tractor-trailers.
If you mean pawn shops or repair shops, then the customers use whatever transportation they have. While most would use cars or pickups, some customers carry them, use hand trucks, use bicycles, etc.
What safety precautions should be taken during maintanence of a 11000 volt line?
11 kV power lines are extremely dangerous and there are many safety requirements. The main principle is that this work must be done by trained and qualified personnel.
Some of the protocols include always wearing a hardhat and protective boots, and never going near such power alone.

What is overloaded subprogram?
subprogram overloading is a process of using the same (function) name for many subprograms. the overloaded subprograms may differ in the number, type or order of its its parameters.java, c++ and c# provides the feature of subprogram overloading .
when an overloaded subprogram is called, java or c++ compiler first checks the subprogram name and then the number and type of parameters are analyzed to decide which version of the overloaded subprogram must be chosen for execution. this process is also known as 'polymorphism'.
the return type of a subprogram has no affect on subprogram overloading whereas it is used to differentiate between the calls in ADA. hence, two overloaded functions in ADA can have the same parameter profile with different return values.

Why is defragmentation useful?
It's like keeping your paper work in order. If your paper work was never in order then you will never know were to find what you're looking for. You will find what you're looking for but this process will take you a very long time. This is how the computer works when searching for the file replace the word "paper" in the first paragraph with "file" and replace the word "your" with computer. Defragmentation Speeds and organises files so the disk can read what ever process your doing quicker , more sufficient and will stop computer from issues in the future.

How do you reformat a netbook using usb flash drive?
It is possible to reformat a netbook with a flash drive if you use the program unetbootin. Unetbootin requires you to have a working operating system and an .iso file (a disk image of the new operating system you will be replacing the old one with. If ran from your desktop computer, unetbootin will give you the option to download a disk image, in this case, linux disk images. Linux is an open source operating system available for free. Or if you prefer to have Windows on your netbook, you will need to find the original Windows disk that came with your netbook, if any, or buy a Windows disk, and extract the .iso from the disk using .iso extraction software on a desktop computer with a disk drive. If you don't have a desktop computer or don't know anyone with one who would let you borrow it to extract the Windows .iso, visit your local library and request to use their computer for that. Extracting an .iso file is time consuming. Alternate: acquire a Windows disk image from the Internet by download. It is up to you how you accomplish that. You must then complete the form on unetbootin to prepare the disk image on your thumb drive. This is as easy as locating the disk image you wish to write to the thumb drive on your computer, then clicking next. When the procedure is complete, restart your computer with the thumb drive plugged in a USB port in your computer. When the computer boots, you should see a prompt on the screen to "press the * key to enter BIOS setup" or "press the * key to change boot options". Popular keys that manufacturers use are
To put it simply, step by step:
If all goes well, you have reformatted and reinstalled an operating system on your netbook without the use of a CD drive (assuming you didn't need to extract the disk image with disk image extraction software). Brute force approach is to buy a USB disk drive and install a disk that way, but the way I described will get it done for free, assuming you have a recovery disk. Good luck!
well mate, your disk that you are talking about contains all the drivers and lets say you format your hard disk completely and install windows again, you will have to re install all the drivers again so my advice is that first you find out your dell driver disk (The one which is labelled with drivers on top). If you can find that than you can take the next step, use an windows cd\dvd (If you lost that too, you can buy a new one) to a comlete new install, to clean whole disk, you can delete and make new partitions or you can format partitions othar than windows one after installing a fresh copy of windows.
And if you don't have any thing than call dell customer support and ask what your options are (Usually You Can Buy A New Set Of Discs).

What would cause a coumpter to lock up all the time to were you have to reboot?
Too many programs running in the foreground/background, not enough RAM, Virus, dying hardware of some sort.
It is possible that the charger is plugged into the wall, but slips out of your computer. Also, you may need to replace your battery if that is not the case. After so long most rechargeable batteries start to lose their maximum lifespan.
stop formatting you arent helping, the problem is the heatsink grease is worn off your gpu and it is over heating so it is turning off due to temperature protection. high temps also cause lagging in cpus too. just find some heatsink grease not regular grease take the fan off and the cooling fins and clean any old grease left on and reapply a small even amount on the gpu processor and replace parts you should be fine from there.
How do I fix a runtime error on my computer?
The runtime errors are based on the C++ runtime files.Your system is made and programmed on basis of these Function files. The files are predesigned and programmed to make a system run and it reads the code so that the computer can work.
You must not be having or missing some runtime files.
Download the file that suits your system. (Just go to microsoft website)
Or you can download smart runtime error fixer that can do the job. (Haven't tried yet)
I'm not sure that I understood you right. But security updated don't provide or take away user permissions and rights. Security and account policies are a part of windows. Updated only fixed some problems but don't define rights.
What problem resulted in no drive detected except for the floppy drive?
Well not knowing your skill level I'll just give you a few things you can check and if you can't do it then I'm sure you'll be able to find someone. First, make sure that your hard drive is detected in BIOS, if not then change it to auto-detect and it will find your hard drive assuming your hard drive is in good shape. Reboot and if you get the same error then put your XP CD in the CD drive and reboot again. Enter the Recovery Console and fix MBR (Master Boot Record). If none of those work then your options are pretty slim. You probably gonna need a new hard drive. :
