If your computer did crash while accessing the answers.com web site, the problem would have to be elsewhere. it may be a problem with your web browser doing something it shouldn't or your web browser or another program requiring more memory or swap space when there isn't any available. That could result in your system hanging/waiting until resources are available and looking as if it crashed. It could also be another hardware problem or your computer failing as a result of malware.
