I was tryin to do the same research, just happened to hit on this question. Here are few things that would help you decide if you want a wired / wireless spkr - If you willing to compromise on quality, you could try Wireless. - Not worth the efforts to get it wireless, wireless technology has not yet evolved to a state that can give you Quality on wireless connection (esp if you are lookin to make a home theater system wireless, i think you are) - Wireless cannot transfer power to run your speaker, so only audio is sent thru wireless, the speakers are to be wired for power anywayz. (Battery power willnot last you too long) --- After reading reviews on the same, looks like you are better off with Wires than wireless.. Ideally, with an average MP3 file size of 4MB per song (128 Bit Encoding), a 2GB card should be able to hold close to 500 songs.

It could be that the song files have been encoded for high quality sound production (320 Bit), which results in the file size being more. Or is it that they are in WAV format?

WAV format are a copy of the audio CD format. They usually are very heavy in size with the average size running uwards of 100mb per song, thereby taking up more space and as a result, you would not be able to store many songs onto the 2gb card.

Solution: Use a MP3 converter to convert the song files into Mp3 with the 128 bit encoding. this bitrate is perfect for listening to music and the sound quality is also very similar to what you would get on an audio CD.

A zener diode, a transistor, a rectifier diode, and a few resistors. A 10.5V zener diode will conduct until the voltage across it drops to below 10.5. If the relay is small enough, a zener diode is all you need. However, more than likely the current draw of the coil would burn the zener out. Use the zener to drive a transistor, and use the transistor to trigger the relay. The transistor will power the relay. When the voltage drops below 10.5V the zener will stop conducting, shutting off the relay. The rectifier diode absorbs transients caused by the field breakdown in the coil, protecting the transistor. Just a plain resistor will do it or you may follows suggestion and use a computer to do that. The last time i used those ancient devices i find out they operate as a current device like minimum pull in current source. So a passive resistor in series will insure the minimum pull in source however it could be higher then the 10.5 v you need.The above designi just plain silly.

As far as I know, you CAN'T. While some LCD monitors do have a tv tuner and can process the data coming from the satelite receiver...most can't. If you are in the market for an lcd screen and want to make dual use of it, look for one that includes a component (R, Yb, G) input in addition to the standard VGA connection. You can however, use any monitor be it LCD or CRT as a tv if you have something like an AverMedia tv tuner (stand-alone tv tuner that will decode tv signal from your satellite box). There are some LCD monitors that do have multiple inputs, and are meant to be used as computer monitors as well as TVs. Good luck

If you are going to play games, there are some 3D games available but if not you can always use this 2D to 3D conversion and switch the 2D images to 3D. Because this 2D to 3D conversion feature can convert anything it even turns low quality videos or flash downloaded from the web into a 3D.

However, watching regular 2D contents into 3D is different from watching 3D contents that were originally filmed in 3D. It's a different technology so I highly recommend you to buy a 3D blu-ray player and a cable/satelite if you can.
