Canis latrans, or coyotes, are also known as the Prairie wolf. They are opportunistic omnivores, both as hunters and scavengers. Sixteen of its 19 subspecies are found in Canada, Mexico and the United States, while the remaining three are found in Central America.

There is a book called The Gangway-A pictorial history of the U.S.S. Randolph's first year at sea. Oct. 9 1944 to Oct 9 1945. Published by the officers and men of the U.S.S. Randolph. Published 1946. There is also a book called Fighting Squadron Twelve The editors were-Lt. Roy Bruce, Lt. R.E. Monaghan, Lt. H.W. Hewlett and Lt. Geo. Maxwell. This squadron was based on the Randolph. As far as I know, Coyotes don't live in Egypt, but a closer relative _ the Egyptian jackal (also known as the African jackal) _ does! They are considered as a wolf jackal (smaller than a grey wolf, but bigger than a normal jackal). It's not known for sure if its ancestors are the gray wolf or the golden jackal, or who knows may be both!!

What kind of information are you looking for? There doesn't seem to be much. It was a trade name used by Crescent. A 410 would not have been made until sometime after 1900, probably not before WWI, and it does not appear that this name was continued after Crescent was purchased by Stevens.
