Moral status of man during creation?
As the world was already created when man was placed upon the earth. He was in a pure and undefiled state until Cain slew Able. The so called sin of Adam and Eve was but a tansgression of the law and cannot legally be classed as a sin.
Did Jesus Christ go to school?
Very much so. Not in the same way as children today are educated - by going to school every day learning mathematics, english, science, geography, history and so on. But he woulld have been educated in the Jewish history and Law - much more significant than modern day 'law' as the Jewish law was believed to be handed down to Moses many years before, by God himself. Thus Jesus would have had an outstanding understanding of the Hebrew bible (what we now call the Old Testament) and he showed this insight and authority and understanding on many occasions when confronting the hypocritical scribes and pharisees. in addition Jesus would have been a polyglot - a speaker of many languages. In addition to Aramaic, his mother tongue from Galilee, he would have spoken Hebrew (so he could read scripture), Greek, the universal language used for business and commerce (remember he and his adopted father Joseph were in business as carpenters) and, because of the Roman occupation, he would have spoken some Latin so that he could speak with Pilate at his trial.
Are there angels for every day of the year?
There are as many or as few angels as you wish to believe. Some Christians even believe that there is an angel assigned as guardian angel to each person who has ever lived. There should be no problem in having an angel for every month.
How many Children did Adam and Eve have and their name?
In the BOOK OF GENESIS, it is stated that Adam And Eve had 3 children which are named as below: 1.Cain: Genesis 4:1 2.Abel: Genesis 4:2 3.Seth:Genesis 4:25 It is also stated that Adam had 'sons and daughters' (Genesis 5:4). We are not provided with their names.
Is there any scientific proof that God created man from dust?
Dust, dirt, clay... it's all of the elements of the earth. And when fire burns hot enough... they all turn to ashes.
Any local scientist will tell you that we are made up of the elements of the earth. With a generous helping of water thrown into the mix.
"You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay! Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, 'He did not make me'?" (Isa.29:16 NIV)
"For He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust." (Ps.103:14)]
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat thy bread, till thou returneth unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." (Gen.3:19)
Who was made before man in the Bible?
This is quite a complicated question; according to Genesis 1, God made the following in this order: Heaven and Earth
Water (implied as God moved over the surface of the water)
Light and Dark
A Firmanent
Dry Land and Seas
Grass, Herb and Tree
All the stars (apart from the Sun)
The Sun and Moon
Sea Creatures and Fowl
Land Creatures
Man However, in Genesis 2, what is made and the order is different: The Earth and Heaven and seeds
Mist
Man
Trees
Rivers
Beasts of the field and Fowl of the air
Answer
Woman So there is no definitive answer to that question. As the previous Answer has explained, there are actually two, quite contradictory, creation stories in Genesis.
Answer In the beginning was ' the Word', and the Word was with God. The 'Word' is the first name God gave to Jesus. Then the angels and souls were created [made] before the "..foundation of the earth".
What did Jesus teach his followers?
The last command of Jesus to the disciples was to go and make disciples and baptize them. Please note he never mentioned anything of healing.
Do bahai faith believe in creation?
The Baha'i Faith definitely believes in God's creation of the universe and this planet, but it also believes that science and religion must agree since both are from God. In those areas where they disagree, one must be in error. For this reason, creation as shown in Genesis should be viewed with an eye toward each "day" symbolizing each geological "age" of this Earth's evolution.
How do the Native Americans believe the world was created?
Might I suggest that you read The Book of Mormon. This book gives a history of the ancient inhabitants of the American continent. You do not have to believe the doctrine contained in the book, but the history of the first Native Americans is very interesting.
How do you think the creation account in Genesis would affect a Christian's worldview?
It tells me that this world, and life, are purposeful creations, not random accidents. These links may be helpful:
What is a symbol for right judgment?
There's no symbol, as a matter of fact, we have no right to judge. We are all made fairly by God, by that, He has the only right to do so. If you judge someone, it's the same as you are judging God too. He has reasons for whoever we are and we were. So right judgment or wrong judgment doesn't exists, God's judgment does. And all of us are gonna be judged soon, by Him.
There are two powers at work. God and Satan, Good and Evil. If you believe in God, I am a Christian.
Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Why do some people believe in evolution over creation?
There is no simple answer to such a question. It incorporates many aspects of psychology and sociology, and a true answer would vary slightly between individuals.
Generally speaking, people believe Creationism in some form because they are indoctrinated with it at an early age, and it becomes one of their core beliefs. Later, when presented with a scientific answer to existence, they simply cannot defy their core beliefs, regardless of how credible they may find the alternatives. Often, in such cases, individuals end up believing multiple, conflicting items, or blatantly refusing to discuss any similar topic, in an attempt to avoid the inner conflict that would ensue.
Another reason people may choose to disbelieve the theory of evolution is ignorance; if one has never been presented with information, or has only been presented with information in a one-sided or biased manner, one's conclusions will be made according to the information at hand, and, as in the instance of early indoctrination, one may simply refuse to question one's core beliefs. An example of this is the way science has progressed; 400 years ago, there was no explanation for our existence more viable than creation by a supreme being[s], so most cultures had some adaptation of such a theory. As technology and science progressed, evidence for an alternative theory was discovered.
A third reason why one might choose to believe in having been created by a supreme being[s] rather than having emerged from a long string of cosmic accidents and biological mutations is fear. Being the creation of a supreme being[s] provides comfort and a sense of importance, in a way that few can derive from the knowledge of having been the result of a series of chemical coincidences. No matter how overwhelming evidence to the contrary may be, people fear the implications of having no grand purpose, and therefore choose to disbelieve, ignore, and shun the idea.
The answer to that question is extremely complicated. This involves an understanding of human psychology, of the development of both religion and science through the ages.
In very simple and general terms: people identify themselves by memes and ideologies because it gives them a firmer stance in a social context. We like to believe what people around us believe, because it makes for more socially robust groups. It's a form of peer pressure. We can identify with such memes to such an extent that we're no longer able to separate ourselves from what we believe: those beliefs become basic tenets that may not be questioned.
Answer:
The Jewish answer is that we have an unbroken national tradition of 3300 years to the Revelation at Sinai. God states that He created the universe (Genesis 1:1; Exodus 20:10). Not to mention, that Evolutionists have not put forth any putative proofs that would undermine the Jewish tradition.
God's creation of the universe explains the vast wisdom found within it.
Answer:
The scientific answer is that we know that the the universe began almost 14 billion years ago. We, at least, can admit that we don't know how at this time. Ours is not a tradition but truths that have been pursued and changed with time and with addition facts. There are now findings in archeological digs in Israel that show the fact that man used fire in homes more than 500,000 years ago. The central ideas of evolution are that life has a history. It has changed over time and that different species share common ancestors.
As lineages evolve and split and modifications are inherited, their evolutionary paths diverge. This produces a branching pattern of evolutionary relationships. We call this phylogeny or the "tree of life".
The tree is supported by evidence, but it is not flawless. As scientists gather more data, they may revise these. For example, evidence discovered in the last 50 years suggests that birds are dinosaurs and that required some adjustments.

Why did God give Moses the ten commandments on Mt Sinai?
Firstly, the Israelites were not yet in Jerusalem, and this was not to be until many years later at the time of King David. Secondly, God wanted the Israelites to have the law 'asap' since they urgently needed direction and to know Him and His ways which were for their good. So, waiting until the entry into Canaan and the capture of Jerusalem hundreds of years later would have resulted in anarchy. (they behaved badly enough even with the law)
How many hours in a Hebrew day in the Old Testament?
The Jewish day began at sunset. The Jewish Sabbath was celebrated from Sundown
Friday to after Sundown Saturday. Each day began at sundown. The length of the hours of daylight varied with the rotation of the earth, but there were always 24 hours in the day + night cycle.
Why is understanding the universe and its origin important?
Actually, depending on how you look at things; and depending on what you feel is 'important'; the Universe is not really so important.
The Bible states that God created the Universe. Genesis 1:1 says: "In the beginning, God created the heaven and earth."
Of course, God was in existence before that 'beginning'. God does not need the universe for Him to exist. God is not limited nor confined by the forces (laws) of the universe. God not only created the physical universe; he also created the various unique forces (ie light, temperature, gravity, magnetism, E=MC2, etc). Therefore God exists outside the confines of the universe.
The Bible also states that God created things, before he created the physical universe of stars, galaxies, planets, (and the element these are constructed from.) God had created 'living beings' like himself. The Bible calls them angels. They also exist outside the confines of the universe.
So from that viewpoint, the universe is not important at all for their existence.
But when God decided to create completely newforms-of-life(plural) 'physical life' (ie plant-life / animal-life / human-life), then God created a physical universe. Therefore, for any 'physical life' to exist, it needed a 'physical universe' and a new set of laws. So for 'human-life' to exist, for 'plant-life' to exist, for 'animal-life' to exist, that's why the universe is so important for us. But for God, this universe is really not important for his existence at all.
How does the Bible explain the creation of the first people?
The bible claims to have ALL answers to life but it doesn't the creation of people may be evolution or it may be god nobody knows for sure if you are saying god crated the world and all people then where is your proof and scientists have no way of knowing if all of there carefully assumed answers are right so nobody knows so you may as well think what you want to. By the way go to St Francis church services, Sandon road they are interesting even if you don't belive in god and also if you have a child send them to St Matthews Primary School on Common Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, it is a brilliant school with lovely children and staff i know they set me up for life well. Thank you
Another answer to consider:
The Bible says that "In the beginning" God created the heavens and the earth(Genesis 1:1), so at some point in the very distant past, possibly millions of years, God created the physical universe, including earth, sun, stars, etc. (Genesis 1:2)
Then, just over 6000years ago, God started preparing the earth for habitation(Genesis1:3-19), and then began creating life to go on it, starting with the animals (Genesis 1:20-25). Once everything was in place, God created the first man from the dust of the ground (the term 'human' comes from the Greek 'Humus' meaning "earth..soil'), and 'blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living soul". (Genesis 1:26-28). He was called Adam and is the original ancestor of everyone on the planet ("He made out of one man, every nation of men, to dwell upon the surface of the earth". Acts 17:26)
After some time, during which Adam named all the animals around him (Genesis 2:18-20), God created a partner for Adam, out of one of Adam's ribs(Genesis 2:21&22). This is indicated by Adam's own words when he saw Eve for the first time. He said "This is at last, bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh, This one will be called woman, because from MAN this one was taken" . Adam named his wife, Eve, because she "had to become the mother of everyone living"(Genesis 3:20) , and soon she started doing just that, by giving birth to Cain and Able(Genesis 4:1) and many other children(Genesis 5:1-5) from whose lines we all come, down to this day.
Answer 2
god had no parents because just like santa Claus and the Easter bunny he is just make believe
Answer 3
God, the Creator, is the one and only one God with no son, no father, no companion, no associate, and no equivalence. Qur'an (Muslims God holy book) says (meaning English translation):
"Say, "He is Allah (or God in English and same God worshiped in Christianity anf Judaism, and Islam), [who is] One, (1) Allah, the Eternal Refuge. (2) He neither begets nor is born, (3) Nor is there to Him any equivalent." (Qur'an, Chapter 112)
What are the similarities and differences between the creation stories from around the world?
Although the two biblical creation stories are quite different and even contradictory, there are some similarities, the most important being that the earth itself was uncreated.
In the first story (Genesis 1:1 to 2:4a - up to first sentence of 2:4) there was a pre-existing watery chaos. The ocean was already present and a wind moved across the surface. The seas rested on the dry land, which appeared on day 3 when God gathered the waters together. In the second story (Genesis 2:4b to 2:20), there was pre-existing dry land, but God had yet to make it rain for plants to grow.
Many experts in Hebrew have carefully examined the texts and confirm that this is what they say. In neither creation story was creation ex nihilo.
Both creation stories tell us that God created man and every living thing. In the first creation story, God created man last, to have dominion over all other creatures. In the second story, God created man (Adam) first of all, but woman was created last. In this story, man was not given dominion over all other creatures, but they were created as possible companions for him.

What day did God create day and night?
Genesis 1:14-19 says that God made the sun and the moon and the stars on the fourth day, and placed them in the firmament. The sun and the moon were to rule the day and the night respectively, but day and night had already been created.
Another thought might be:
Genesis 1:1 says : "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth"...The heavens (sun, moon, stars, etc), including the planet earth, had been created long before, at an unspecified time.
Genesis 1:2 is talking about the time when God turned his attention to preparing the earth for habitation. At that time, the earth was still 'formless and waste'. Outer space and everything in it, including planet earth, had already been in existence 'from the beginning'.
The 'creative days' spoken of in the Bible at Genesis 1:3-31- are talking about the time spent specificallypreparing the EARTH for mankind.
When God first started creating things on earth, there was a 'swaddling band' or a heavy water-filled cloud all around the earth. We can see this by what happens at Genesis 1:6-8 where God seperates the cloud into water 'on the earth and water ABOVE the sky'...or 'heavens'.
So, at the time spoken of at Genesis 1:3 the thick cloud of water vapor, which had kept 'darkness on the surface of the earth', was thinning enough for light from the sun , moon and stars, to be seen from the surface of the earth. "Light came to be".
In verse 4, God sets the earth to rotating, creating night and day.
Later in vs 16, when the 'luminaries' are "made" it's important to note that the word used here is, infact, 'MADE', not 'created'. The word for MADE in Heb., wai·ya′‛as (from ‛a·sah′), is different from "create" (ba·ra'′) found in Genesis 1: 1, 21, 27 . The Sun and moon had been 'created' LONG before, when God created the heavens. On the first "day," the expression "Let light come to be" was used. The Hebrew word there used for "light" is 'ohr, meaning light in a general sense. But on the fourth "day," the Hebrew word changes to ma·'ohr′, which refers to a luminary or source of light. (Ge 1:14) So, on the first "day" diffused light evidently penetrated the swaddling bands, but the sources of that light could not have been seen by an earthly observer. By the fourth day, things had cleared up.
How do Muslims believe about how the earth was created?
Muslims believe that ALLAH(SWT) the one and only God created the world, He knows what happened in the past, whats happenning now and whats going to happen in the future. If there is a leaf falling from a tree in any part in the world HE knows about it and NOTHING happens without the will of ALLAH.
Volume 4, Book 54, Number 416:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "When Allah completed the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him on His Throne,
"My Mercy overpowers My Anger."

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 373:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, " Paradise and the Fire (Hell) argued, and the Fire (Hell) said, "I have been given the privilege of receiving the arrogant and the tyrants.' Paradise said, 'What is the matter with me? Why do only the weak and the humble among the people enter me?' On that, Allah said to Paradise. 'You are My Mercy which I bestow on whoever I wish of my servants.' Then Allah said to the (Hell) Fire, 'You are my (means of) punishment by which I punish whoever I wish of my slaves. And each of you will have its fill.' As for the Fire (Hell), it will not be filled till Allah puts His Foot over it whereupon it will say, 'Qati! Qati!' At that time it will be filled, and its different parts will come closer to each other; and Allah will not wrong any of His created beings. As regards Paradise, Allah will create a new creation to fill it with."

When Prophet Muhammad, saws, was asked how this universe started to exist, he said:
"Allah existed [eternally] and nothing else existed with Him.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
(when you do not understand what eternal means or if it is possible,
you can think of the numbers:
under the zero 0, it goes from -1 to -2 to NO Beginning
(do you know the first (or you also can say the last number) under the zero)
and above the 0 it goes from 1 to 2 t No END
(do you know the last numeber above the zero (0)??? answer there is no last number)
conclusion: We see that numbers have NO BEGINNING and NO END, just like Allah (God) swt)

He created the Arsh (Throne) [and placed it] above the water.
He [ordered the Pen to] write in the (Guarded) Tablet everything that would happen.
Then Allah created the heavens and Earth." (Related by al-Bukhari.)

Narrated by Ibn Bashar, narrated by Yahya, narrated by Sufyan Al-Thuri, narrated by Sulayman Al-Amash, narrated by Abu Thubian, narrated by Ibn Abbas who related,
"The first thing that Allah created was the pen
and He said to it 'Write'.
The pen asked, 'What shall I write?'
Allah said, 'Write (the) fate (of everything).'
So the pen wrote everything that shall be from that moment until judgment day.

It is mentioned in the Hadith that a delegation from Yemen came to the prophet (PBUH), and asked him:
"O Allah's Apostle! We have come to ask you about this matter (i.e. how creation began)".
The prophet understood that this question needs an answer in order to prevent any misinterpretations resulting from vain desire or Satanic thoughts, so he said:
"First of all, there was Allah, and there was nothing before Him,
and His throne was over the water (The water upon which was Allah's throne was all the water that He created)
and He wrote everything in "Al-Thikr" (the tablet)
and then He created the Heavens and the Earth."
