How is social class related to the potential to be involved in the criminal justice system?

Yes - absolutely. SES (socio-economic status) is a factor that contributes to whether or not someone may develop criminal behaviors. The social environment that is around you influences how you see the world and what you see as acceptable. Someone growing up in Compton is going to have a different set of social expectations than someone from Beverly Hills. However, psychopathy (psychopaths have no conscience and are not the garden-variety criminal) doesn't seem to be tied to SES.

What is the worst crime to commit?

With due respect...the WORLD'S WORST CRIMES are in this order- Slavery, Holocaust & Apartheid. (a) The act of forcibly taking someone from his continent for the purpose of enslavement. (b) The act of removing a whole generation for the purpose of extinction and (c) imprisonment, harassment, dehumanizing of an entire nation with the intent to dominate, control and enslave and ultimately forcing some to leave under duress.

My friends, these are the world's worst crimes. Footnotes would be world war 1 & 2 and some genocides within our lifetime.

Kicking them out of there home. Telling them they can no longer living the way they would like to. Could you imagine me taking you from your home telling you how to dress were to live and if you don' do it I shoot you these were the lucky ones.

Should law according to justice or justice according to law?

Justice is the concept that imagines a situation in which everyone gets what they deserve, whether they like it or not.

Law is the concept that certain behaviors can be forbidden or compelled by one authority, howsoever derived, that covers the people within a specific geographic area.

Example:

A man is fired from his workplace because he refused to let his boss sleep with his wife. He then sees his baby starving and steals a quart of milk from the boss.

Justice would dictate that he not be punished and that the boss not only reinstate him, but suffer penalty for creating the situation in the first place.

Law would dictate that the man who stole the milk be punished, and that the boss receive compensation for his loss. The baby in this scenario may continue to starve.

Will officers come to your home if you have a warrant?

Yes they will. In fact, if they do have an arrest warrant for you, it might be best to find out why, and turn yourself in, rather than waste hundreds of tax payers dollars searching for you. As a cop, i have seen many things, it is not only easier but also better to turn yourself in. They might even put in a good word for you (they tend to do this with the district attorney).

There are usually a few county sheriffs who go around the county serving warrants year round. Periodically (usually annually) The country sheriff will enlist the help of city law enforcement for a "warrant roundup" where they try to serve every warrant in a city. The original answer is very much correct in that it is beneficial to turn yourself in, but should you choose to ignore this advice it is important to know they cannot break down a door unless your warrant is caused by a felony.

Why did Columbine occur?

It's hard to say, but there's evidence of the two shooters at Columbine, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, being bullied on a daily basis. Many say that this made them snap and plan to take it out on the school that they hated so much.

Also, if you take the time to read (or read about) their journals, they wrote entry after entry of incredibly angry rants. They hated mankind and thought that they were more evolved or more enlightened than everyone else around them.

They didn't really kill anyone in particular at Columbine... They just wanted to achieve a high body count.

The bottom line is that they were disturbed kids who were treated poorly and hated humanity. They didn't just one day snap...they'd had this massacre planned for well over a year. i agree they planned it for over 12 months and they planned it pretty well to bad that they did what they did they could have been very successful in life

Can police hide when using radar?

The answer is yes! However, they cannot be illegally parked when using radar. You can take a photo of were the officer was parked and contest the ticket.

There are several draw backs you may face with this challenge.

1.The Judge can admonish the officer but he can also ask you if you were in fact violating the speed law? To say no will get you a fine, their not stupid.

2.To say yes! The judge can and most likely will tell you that you have admitted in a court of law that you did in fact break the law and you will have to pay for the ticket anyway!

There is less than a 10% chance that a judge will throw out the violation. The officer would have to have been very flagrant of vehicle traffic and personal safety if illegally parked and that's rare on the part of most traffic officers.
