Children are the soft spots in many people's hearts and images of them all wet with laughter will lighten up they day. Get creative with the spots where you post them. Employee's will love playing an "I Spy" game of where they can find their kids pictures. PS- Keep it interesting. Try taking a fellow coworkers kid's picture and moving it around on them, like placing it on the bathroom stall doors or on the sole of your shoes.
