When they come from the dealer with a 5 speed transmission, their top speed is 45-50mph. you can modify them by putting a taller tire on the rear. A 185 60 14 car tire will fit if you get a used one (there are no motorcycle tires on the US market that will fit a 14 inch by 7inch rim. You are just plain screwed there) dealers don't tell you that part. And they don't tell you that they can't even get replacement stock size tires for it and that the stock tires wear out in less than 1000 miles! You can also replace the front sprocket with one with more teeth. I can cruise now at 60-65mph. These are a piece of junk. Seriously, get a Honda rebel 250. You will be much better off. mine is less than a year old and worn out from driving it on the roads,. These dealers for the 200cc choppers are the scum of the earth. If you still want something cheap that looks cool, then check out kikker 5150 bikes. They have a much better parts supply. Or you can just buy my 200cc chopper if you want one that bad and mine has already been titled in North Carolina.

After you install the new handles you can forestall future breakage by just popping the lkatch with the handle, and then using the edge of the door to swing the door open. Those dinky plastic handles just can't take the side torque with those heavy doors! I used the directions provide by Rodger Koppa to repl;ace my passenger side door handle and it works great. Like he says though be prepared to cuss a little bit and just hope you don't drop anything into the door. Good Luck!!
