What is the spark plug gap on a 2002 Ramvan B2500 5.9 liter?

Look on the bottom of the hood on the emissions sticker. It'll say the engine size and spark gap. Typically it'll be 0.035" for the Magnum engines

On a 2002 Dodge Van what would cause the air blower system to randomly vent air from dash vents to the defroster vents and then the floor vents?

The distribution of the heat and air conditioning is controlled by vacuum. I have had two Dodge vans and under hard acceleration, the lack of vacuum to the blend door causes the distribution of air to become mixed up. A spring closes the door door when there is no vacuum. Engine vacuum is used by the heater control to tell the blend door what position it should be in. I don't know if this is just a quirk of the Doge vans but you may have a problem in the vacuum system if this happens randomly.

360 v8 does not idle?

always, the problem is either fuel or sparks. test to see if your getting good sparks from each plug wire and plug. also pull off a fuel line at different stages to see if its blocked. once you answer "fuel or spark" then you can better diagnose your issue.

What are opinions on Dodge 1500 conversion vans?

I love my conversionI am on my second 1500 conversion high top. I have enjoyed them bothimmensely, but find one fault is that I cant park in any city without paying a bribe to someone to park. It is simply too high for any garage in any city. Same for any inner city hotels, hospitals, etc. We use ours as a mini home during many miles of baseball and horse shows, both during the spring season. The first conversion was Mark III, and my second one a Primetime. Both were great. I still use the Primetime (2000). The kids can eat, sleep, fight and watch tv. We also bring along a second tv/DVD/game station to keep the other kids happy. We use it for a changing room, tack room, locker room, and fishing tackle box all at the same time. I can actually fit 3 full size kayaks inside if I work it right with the bed down and the kayaks hanging up over near the upper level! I also get to be the mother that drives the groups of teens around because they all fit. That may sound awful, but I am also the mom that gets to know the kids the best. I see that as a benefit. I heard that Dodge isn't doing conversions anymore. What is up with that? They were the best price to value and I will be lost when my 2000 takes its last mile. SUV's just don't do the same thing as a conversion van and mine will be sorely missed.

How do you loosen the belt to remove alternator on GMC Vandura 1995 when no pivot or adjustment bolts present?

Most likely you have a serpentine belt, one continuous belt that drives the alternator, power steering, air conditioner compressor and there shoudl be one more pulley. It is usually the smallest pulley, it is called an idler pulley. It is spring loaded. You need to get a ratchet, and an extension, usually 3/8 drive and put the end of the extension into the front of the idler pulley and either push or pull to take tension off the spring. This will allow you to slip the belt off the alternator pulley. The slack will be very minimal. Once you get your alternator back on you will once again tak ethe tension off, loop the belt over the pulley on the alternator and then let the idler pulley take the tension up on th ebelt making it tight. If the serpentine belt falls off all the pulleys, you need to route the belt back onto each oulley in the designated manner. If you DO NOT see a belt diagrahm on the front radiator support, then make a drawing for yourself so you know how th ebelt loops over each pulley. Both sides of serpentine belt touch pulleys so the belt is not like old v belts that can only go one way.
