It is not in the factory repair manual. They refer to the diagram in front of the radiator on a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. It is a very basic diagram and leaves a lot to be desired. I am looking for a diagram myself as a pack rat chewed off both ends of one vacumn hose and I cannot find where it attaches on the firewall.

It wasn't specified what the model year this is or which "S" series was asked about, but on my 2001 SL1 the ONLY way to replace the front bearings is removing the front wheel bearing assemblies then taking them, and the new bearings, to a machine shop to have the old bearings pressed out and the new bearings pressed in. Then reattach the hub assemblies to the car. The wheels will also need to be realigned after having to unbolt the front struts to remove the bearing assemblies.

Are you are talking about the block heater or the heater fan. It looks like a two part question. The block heater plugs into a house outlet. The cord starts at the front bumper area and goes to the block. A element goes into the block to heat the engine coolant. To trouble shoot: Power from the house plug in a lamp. Cord from the bumper to block heater, Inspect for damage & ohm out the wires. If all checks fine the block heater maybe defective. Now for the fuse. Is it blowing out all the time & does it go to the heater fan.
