Where is the heater core in a 1989 Dodge Shadow 2.5 lt?

I have an 89 shadow es turbo. It is located to the right of your gas pedal behind the dash. More or less behind the radio and vent controls. You pretty much have to remove most of the dash to get to it. Sorry. Also, if you car has a/c the refrigerant needs to be evacuated first since the cooling coil is in the same 'box' as the heater core. I didn't want to tackle the job and to replace my heater core was about 600 bucks...... Good luck.

Ideas why a 92 Dodge Shadow would go through 4-5 Oxygen Sensors per year?

If it is a 4 cylinder it is likely that the fuel injector is bad. I had a burnt wire that melted on the engine. It caused the engine to burn way too rich. It showed the code for the O2 sensor because it changed the fuel mixture so rich. I replaced the O2 sensor but that only lasted for a couple of months. I found out that it was the burnt wire that caused the engine to burn rich and giving bogus readings to the computer through the O2 sensor.

Why might the front power windows of a 1991 Dodge Shadow not work?

if both don't work I would check for a fuse or bad connection in a wiring harness. If one doesnt work i would check for a bad motor or bad switch

Just fixed my driver side power window. Is seams over the years, rust collected between the motor drive gear and the main gear that helps move the window up and down. I ended up taking the motor out and cleaning out the rust. Workes fine now. I had to take the time and remove the armrest and door panel to get inside the door itself to access the motor. Its not hard, just takes time.

These are inexpensive from your auto parts store. # Remove the key lock cylinder from the ignition switch, as follows: # Insert the ignition key into the switch, then turn the switch to the LOCK position. Using a suitable small head Phillips head screwdriver, depress the key cylinder retaining pin until it is flush with the key cylinder surface. the cylinder retaining pin can be found on the left side of the key switch, look closely--it was my biggest challenge to find it. Rotate the key clockwise to the OFF position to unseat the key cylinder from the ignition switch assembly. The cylinder bezel should be about 1/8 in. (3mm) above the ignition switch halo light ring. Do not attempt to remove the key cylinder yet. # With the key cylinder in the unseated position, rotate the key counterclockwise to the LOCK position and remove the key. # Remove the key cylinder from the ignition switch.
