Essentially a restyled variant of the Mitsubishi 3000GT, the Dodge Stealth was built by Dodge in partnership with Mitsubishi. Produced from 1991 to 1996, this model initially came in four trim levels: base, ES, R/T and R/T Twin Turbo.

What version Dodge Stealth is the fastest?
The R/T Twin Turbo AWD is the fastest, oddly enough followed by the ES, because of its light weight. The R/T (Naturally aspirated) has the extra weight of the R/T TT but without the needed power to make it move.
The ES was discontinued in 93 i believe though. And STAY AWAY from the base model with the single overhead cam engine, and ES cars equipped with the SOHC engine.

Why does your 93 dodge stealth engine not have a crank sensor and what does the crank sensor do?
if it doesnt have a crankshaft sensor then you have a distributer pick up. Its under your distributer cap.
i had this problem with my 92 stealth auto my overdive gear was going out had to rebuild my tranny hopefully its not the same in you case i would get the tranny checked good luck

sounds like a fuel problem to me,check your fuel filter,or even you air intake tube make sure it is bolted nice and tight to you throttle body.IT could be a lot of other thing as well like you MAS sensor,ect... but always start with the easiest stuff first when troubleshooting a problem....GENO
I had the exact same problem with my 91 stealth R/T non turbo. it turned out that the alternator was shot. it only costlike 100 to fix and now it runs like new.
