I have a -96 2.0l engine, and you should be able to remove/replace the oil pan without removing the engine. Lift the car so you can get underneath it, and you should see the oil pan. Remember to empty the pan for oil before you start loosening it, it's a 15mm bolt i think.
Than use a 10mm and unscrew all the bolts around the oil pan, and there it is...
If u're replacing it, replace the oil filter as well, it's right behind the oil pan, really easy to spot =)

There should be a little handle mounted to the top inside of the trunk. It will be yellow/green or a highly visible color. You can pull this lever toward the rear of the car, which should pop open the folding seat. I am not sure if all models are equipped with this feature. Another option would be to call your local dealership, they should be able to come unlock your doors, and it may not cost much, if anything.
The thing snaps in and out. There are 6 metal slide clips holding the dash cover around the radio and air con. controls. I just pulled the cover at the bottom until those two came out, then worked my way up to the top. I had to use a screw driver gently at the middle two. Be careful not to get in a hurry during any of it or you will crack the thing. If you need to pry it I would try to pry on the inside parts if possible, not the edge or it will crack. The air con controls come out with the cover. My 2001 sedan had gray 7 pin and black 7 pin wires for the radio.

Place a jack under the tank and remove the 4 bolts that are on the straps. once the straps are removed disconnect every thing attached to the tank look all the way around the tank. then pull the tank out, once the tank is free from the car take a small hammer and a screw driver and tap the ring around the pump (don't tap on the same side for it may break) once it becomes loose pull the pump out. to put it back in just reverse these steps.
