If i dyed my eyebrow hair how long will it take to grow out?
I went white-blonde a few months ago and BADLY needed to lighten my eyebrows as well for it to look more natural. Personally, they grew back out in a month or so. But hey, you can always have them trimmed shorter, or re-dye them if you change your mind.
Are you thinking of going lighter, or darker? If lighter, you can just go over with darker dye a week or so later if you are unhappy with it. If darker, you can have your eyebrows thinned out a little or waxed until the dye grows out. I'm sure you'll figure something out. ;)
Just make sure not to get it in your eye if you DIY! And be in a well-ventilated area so that the fumes don't cause your eyes to burn.
You have to take out your nose piercing for your job will it close?
It depends on how long you've had it pierced for. Even if you've had it for 2 years, taking it out for even 6 hours could make it hard to put back in. I suggest getting a retainer (http://www.bodycandy.com/cgi-bin/category/retainers) to use during work. If you just got it done within the last month or so, you need to be careful about switching it to put the retainer in. If it isn't healed, taking out the piercing can cause scarring/infection/bump. If you can, talk to the piercer about what to do.

How do you make hair stop growing between your eyebrows?
i have only tried this once, but it definently worked and lasted for two weeks!
first you should put the original petroleum jelly vaselene on the part that you want to remove (about a five p coin size).
next, you put some sugar paper on it, to remove any excess oils or moisture. then you place some super-sticky sellotape on it, and kind of rub it with your nail.
this wont always work, depending on the thickness of the hair.

Is Propecia or Rogaine better?
Any medicine which is developed for use in America has to go through laboratory tests and clinical trials; after which it has to be approved by the Food and Drug Association (FDA) before it can be available to the public.
In America, the FDA has approved only two drugs, namely finasteride (Propecia) and minoxidil (Rogaine) for use in hair loss. Men can use both the drugs but women can only use Rogaine and not Propecia. If you are not American, you should find out under which brand name these drugs are available locally.
- Propecia is available as a pill and has to be taken once a day with or without food. Propecia works by decreasing the enzyme activity that results in the formation of a chemical called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is primarily responsible for male and female pattern baldness. By blocking the conversion of hormones into DHT it helps to maintain the existing hair as well as in assisting re-growth of thinning hair follicles. In male pattern baldness, during each cycle of hair growth, the hair becomes thinner and finer till it stops growing altogether. Propecia helps by making these thin strands thicker.
- Rogaine is a solution of which ten drops need to be applied on the scalp twice a day. Although the exact action of Rogaine is unclear, researchers believe that it primarily prevents hair from thinning but in some patients can also increase the protein blocks which in turn make the hair follicles sprout new hair. When Rogaine is applied where there are hair follicles, it works as a hypertrichotic agent that can actually promote hair growth.
For either of these drugs to work they need to be taken for long periods. Propecia has to be taken for at least 6-8 months after which if you see any difference in hair loss, you will naturally want to continue it. Rogaine has to be taken indefinitely as we keep getting new hair follicles which need to continually be treated with the drug.
For women there is no question of which is better as Propecia is not approved for their use.
For men, studies and clinical trials seem to suggest that Propecia is a better alternative than Rogaine. Rogaine has proved to be more useful in holding on to existing hair whereas Propecia does help in also promoting new hair growth. Even though this may be the case, each medicine has its own benefits and you may benefit more from one than the other. So really it boils down to being a personal choice and what works best for you.

Did Braun or norelco shaver cause less irritation?
I've recently changed from Braun 360 Complete (which I've used for a couple of years) to Norelco smarttouch. The Norelco is giving me less irritation so far (even on the normal, rather than sensitive, setting), as the Baun used to make my neck bleed sometimes, but this isn't happening with the norelco. I've only been using the Norelco for a week, but opinions seem to suggest that any irritation goes away after a couple of weeks so it should be even better.

The smaller the gauge the less noticeable the scar will be. 16g is probably the best one to stick with because there easier to find then 18g.but if you want to risk it a little go for an 18g any smaller then that and you will run the risk of having it ripped out. It's a great piercing and it's very fast healing 4-8 weeks but with some people they find it heals in 3 weeks or less! You should defiantly get it.
