Is a ferret a secondary consumer?
sometimes a ferret is a secondary consumer. It can also be included in other levels too!
Well, in the movie X-men Origins- Wolverine, Gambit drops him from a plane into the sea, and he ends up on shore eventually, so I assume he swam... and in Ultimate Xmen #60-65 (I dont remember which, sorry) he shows up, on the roof of a building, dripping wet. And the building is on an island so I asume he swam there as well.
So in those universes, he can swim.

How much does it cost to get spark plugs fixed when they blow?
It is can be extremely expensive to have a blown spark plug fixed, and depends on a couple factors; 1) Since spark plugs don't physically "blow", (other things can fail, like the threading of the cylinder head), the person telling you this either doesn't know what they are doing, mechanically, or they think you don't know enough, mechanically, to call them on this fictitious "blown" spark plug problem. 2) How much money you are willing to spend on with a person who doesn't, mechanically, know what they are doing, or how much the mechanic feeding you this fictitious "blown" spark plug story thinks he can get out of you.
You should continue to investigate the variety of problems that can cause a spark plug to fail to conduct sufficient energy to it's spark gap point, be it dirt, corrosion, carbon build up, etc. Many photos and short tutorials that demonstrate characteristics and failures of spark plugs can be found out here on the net. When no longer cleanable, new spark plugs are commonly obtained for a few dollars, maybe even the tens of dollars if you buy the gold/platinum/superfangled versions. In the placement of some engines, the accessibility to the plug itself may factor into the labor costs involved in a spark plugs replacement.

Is the honey badger really the meanist animal on earth?
Honey badgers are not the meanest in the entire world, but they sure are aggressive. Even lions think twice before picking a fight with a honey badger. They can even bust open the most dangerous type of bees nest... African honey bees. They are immune to their stings, and can even sleep off a black mamba or cobra bite, and in a while they'll be perfectly fine. So honey badgers are pretty mean, or tough!
Are ferrets and dwarf mongooses related?
Ferrets are under the sub-order of dogs and mongooses are under the sub-order of cats, they are not related.
The above answer is not correct. Ferrets are part of Caniformia, which actually means dog-like, it does not mean dogs themsevles. Caniformia is just a name they decided to base off the word dog. The first Caniformid was not a dog at all. Dogs are (relatively) recent Caniformids. Ferrets were never dogs and Mongooses were never cats. The first Carnivoran was a Civet-like creature, which gave way to two creatures through evolution and the creatures gave way to Feliforms and Caniforms. Obviously the first Caniform was closer to the first Feliform than a dog is to the first Caniform. In closing, just because Ferrets are classified as Caniforms does not mean they are closely related to dogs. The closest relatives of weasels are bears and seals, but even then were talking many many millions of years.
