I never really download any information other than appllication,I'm hopping this will not be a promblem.I agreed yo a 1 year offer for $9.95, after igave my credit card information and was approved, the price changed. Yes it does; how it works is utorrent is grabbing one piece at a time of the file you are downloading for other peoples computers. If you are still confused think of it this way pretend the file is made out of Lagos and when you start downloading utorrent takes a piece of a Lagos at a time and then builds the file.

Yes Vuze is free.

The Vuze Plus (which costs money) adds some features that have nothing to do with the basic functions of Vuze as a torrent downloader.

You will get a nag screen on occasion asking for donations, but donating is not necessary to keep the program.

No, it should not. But that's not because of the internet (which is just a medium for sharing), but because of the copyright itself. Remove the selfish copyrights and enjoy Creative Commons. Then sharing would be promoted, not stifled for a profit. Unfortunately, that's not how it is, so if you get it from someone online or if you borrow a CD and put it in your iPod, it's violating the copyright.

They pay for the service wether they use it or not and are responsible for any discs sent out and can't send them to another address other than billing even if they wanted to pay to allow a complete stranger to watch movies which you can only select if you log into their account which also has access to their personal info.

Limewire was shut down because it's illegal. Artists don't want to have their work stolen from other people. Like others, singers/rappers work to GET money to have their own lives. Downloading free music from Limewire is like working for a job where they promise to give you your wage, but they end up not giving it to you. Frostwire is also illegal. This is why iTunes and Amazon are actually safe because you BUY the songs from the artists, not steal from them. (P.S., I use iTunes.)

hey whoever needed this i had the exact same problem i had peak and off peak downloads and i was running out so if you know how to enable your scheduler and that and you've got the right boxes highlighted and then you need to go into the preferences or the cog tab go into bandwidth and click on 'stop transfers on user interaction' check that box and have speed scheduler enabled and if all downloads in list go grey and say queued then you have done it correctly i had this problem to this took me ages to work out. hope this helps
