Like taking a song from youtube that isn't the original copy and recopying it from youtube to a cd, it's downloading it when you can buy the original copy. TS, using it puplicly and not for private use only. I wouldn't recommend doing it though.

Downloading music from Limewire is a breach of copyright and you may be liable to action from the copy right holders, in other words downloading copyrighted music, movies or other files without paying the artist is illegal..

Because there is nothing inherently wrong with sharing files over the internet. it is only when those files are copyrighted that it becomes an issue.

The eMule program itself is legal. Like any filesharing program, some of the uses to which it is put may not be. If you're using it to downloaded copyrighted movies or software, that's illegal, though the software itself is not. If you're using it to download, for example, Debian (maybe that's a bad example, because that's technically under copyright, just an extremely permissive one), then it's prefectly fine.

As far as I know,

functions and relations are important in CS,especially in programming and subroutine ,the application of functions is really useful.

most of the programming languages eg. C++ ,Java and etc are based on functions.

Without functions it would not be possible for the CS to develope further as new platform are being used

The downloaded file has to be kept along with the torrent to seed. It is that downloaded file you are uploading.

You can move the file to an external drive and still keep seeding, but you would have to tell the torrent where the new location is.

When on Frostwire start-up if it says a firewall is blocking Frostwire then click un-block. Try configuring the firewall options, also. If your connection status is working (bottom left corner) then you shouldn't be behind a firewall. Go to Frostwire.com and look at there support forum for further help.

No, it's what you download with them that is illegal. Some things are illegal but others are Public Domain, so those are legal. It likely depends on the particular file and the downloader's geographically location. It's been treated as a civil matter thus far.

Something else to keep in mind is computer viruses. Even torrents you can legally download will give you those.

There are a couple of possible reasons.

1. Something may be interfering with the transmission of the content and mangling the final bits. This is the usual reason and the usual cause is a router being in game (DMZ) mode, but there are other possible causes.

2. There may not be a full copy of the download available form the people you are connected to on the torrent. Check the "Avail." column of uTorrent-if it is showing 1.0 or above, then this is not the issue. If it is showing .994, then this is the issue.

limewire is in a lot of trouble for doing or helping with the sharing of illegal downloads to music, videos, ebooks, etc. if you have visited it recently there is a legal court notice that blocks anyone from using the site. the limewire team have mentioned about making something new but in the mean time you can use frostwire, which is a tacky rip-off of limewire. its similar to limewire but not as good. it also doesnt have as much variety of songs. (but lets hope limewire makes something new).
