Who is responsible for food safety in a restaurant?
Food safety is really important no matter where you work. Say for instance within a hospital environment, it is often the Nutrition Department, and the Food Services that are responsible for food safety, and throwing out food that is past ther expiry date etc.
If it is a lime or yellow green close to the breastbone in a very large breasted chicken, it is likely a necrosis in that meat. The texture is weird too - flaky/mealy. (This isn't common but happens when these birds bred for giant breasts attempt to flap their wings, and blood can't get to the part that turns green. It's like gangrene.)
From what I could find on the web, don't eat the green part, it's ok to eat the non green part. But if you haven't cooked it yet, you might want to return it to the store.

This is a tough one to answer. It might be OK or it might not. That depends how hot it got on 'warm' and what kind of bacteria were on the food. I have a crockpot that the warm setting is no different from low, but I don't know how your crockpot's settings work. It may also depend on the recipe and how you prepped it.
No one can tell you if it is safe. You'll have to make that call yourself.
Do you have to wash vegetables before grilling them?
It really doesn't matter.
However, salting softer vegetables before grilling and allowing them to sit for a while will draw moisture out of the vegetable and make them firmer and hold together a bit better.

How do you tell when kebab is cooked?
With meat kebabs your meat should be fully cooked and no pink or pinkish flesh colour should be present, juices from the meat should be clear and have no traces of blood in. Meat should also be very hot to ensure there is no nasty bacteria present. If you buy a kebab from kebab outlets make sure they go through a two step process of cooking the meat. Meat being cooked on the spit should be finally cooked on a hot plate before being put in your pita bread or wrap. If you go to an establishment that carries this process out your kebab meat should be fully cooked and safe. This will eliminate the problems mentioned earlier with uncooked kebab meat.

Is seafood that has been left out overnight still safe to eat?
Yes, as long as the temperature in the room is under 40°F, 4°C. After brought to a temperature just slightly above the temperature of melting ice for more than 20 minutes, the bacteria found naturally in oysters (and there is a TON of them) will begin multiplying rapidly. These bacteria are quite poisonous to all animals, and can cause symptoms ranging from gastro-intestinal discomfort, to vomiting, and if left untreated, possibly death. A byproduct of this bacterial action is the creation of ammonia, which can be easily smelled with a quick whiff. If you smell ammonia in ANY raw seafood, DO NOT EAT!

Is homemade spaghetti sauce with sausage safe to eat if left out overnight?
It might be spoiled, so I wouldn't try it. The old saying is, "When in doubt, throw it out". That said, none of the components in that dish are especialy prone to spoilage (as is shellfish for instance). It depends also on the temperatures the meal was exposed to.

Can you eat frost bitten bread?
Yes. Frost bite is the term when the ice cream becomes so cold, molecules freeze and explode, it can also be due to the ice cream being old as the molecules break down. Anyway, although you can eat it, when this happens, the extra ice and break down, make the ice cream taste different and have a different consistancy in the mouth. So, it won't taste that great, but it won't hurt you.
Is it safe to leave pork loin out over night cool it again and then cook it?
No, that is very dangerous, and why would you want to leave it out anyway? You will just encourage bacteria to grow. If you are defrosting it from frozen you should do so in a fridge, allowing sufficient time for it to defrost fully. If not, keep it in your fridge overnight anyway at less than 8 Celsius, then remove it when you wish to cook it.
