How do you change the headlight globe on a Ford BA?

The fuse panel is found inside the car. it's found just right of the steerng column about knee height. you need to twist acouple of screws and remove the plastic trim beneath the streeing column

In the fuel tank, under the carpet in the boot, there is a panel remove that and the pump is there

On all recent Fords, and the au wagon is included, the fuel pump is mounted in the actual tank. From memory the pump / level float module is removed from the top of the tank thus the tank will need to be carefully dropped down onto the ground - could be heavy.

It is located in the engine bay on the passenger side, about 30cm along the innerside of the front guard above the strut tower.

Correction on this note, i have 2 Paseo`s. A 92 and 94.

They both achieve 35+ Hwy

Max ive recorded was 38 on a 500m trip.

Keep it tuned, and oil change every 3k miles.

Add fuel injector cleaner (Lucas) i prefer, maybe GumOut.

Keep up with filters, maybe add a 30$ cold air intake.

Falcons can protect themselves with their sharp beaks, as well as their sharp claws. They also have an excellent sense of sight.

They don't have a timing belt. Their camshafts are chain driven. And a timing chain is a infinite life item!

First, you'll need to loosen the bolts to the air pump on the driver's side of the engine, to remove that belt from the crank shaft and water pump pulleys. Then do the same for the power steering pump, to remove it's belt from the crank shaft pulley. Now loosen the two bolts on the alternator, turn the tensioner bolt counter-clockwise to release the tension from the belt. Then remove it from the pulleys, and work it over the blades of the fan. Installation is reverse of removal. When tightening the belts, you want between 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of slack depending on the distance between the pulleys.

On old Fords and many others you push down and back on bottom of the back seat to unhook it then you have 2-3 bolts you can reach to remove the top of the rear seat.

Any place that sells batteries can tell you the correct size for your Falcon.

The fuel gauge works on a variable earth type resistor. Basically if you were to ground the fuel float wiring to earth, it would shoot all the way to full. So I could say there may be a short in the earth circuit. Or what somethimes happens is the gauges over time begin to stick. Just give the top of the dash a tap. The gauge may resolve it's self if you do this, other wise I'd be loking a the fuel float circuit.

As a matter of fact, the Ford vacuum advance is easily adjustable. Put a 1/8" Allen wrench through the open of the vacuum advance canister where the vacuum hose goes. Screw it in to slow the rate of advance and screw it out to speed it up. I think it works on a spring preload system.

There are a number of Headlight cleaning kits available, some work, some don't. Google Clean your headlight lens, and call or research the companies to find the best.

Start by finding a 1958 ford falcon. Ford didn't start production till 1960 model year. If you mean the dash board, it's welded in place. Not a removable part.
