You can do it without templates pretty easily, it's just a case of measuring it and making sure you re check all the measurements before you cut the ply.

Aloha,I own ford transit connect camper/rv, orginal DIY plans came from DIY Conversions, they provided me with simple trace, cut and screw together templets (provided one person bed, storage and 12 volt power). In August 2012, purchase DIY Conversions fully self contained RV unit for Transit (fridge, micro, sleeps 2, toilet, shower,sink, running water,TV,etc). Ideal stealth camper. The bes tpart is that my RV converts back in 30 min to a 5 passenger vehicle/cargo van. DIY Conversions designed the RV unit into eas to remove modules!! I think you can even purchase aset of DIY plans to build your own Transit RV Unit.

hi the filter is on the passangers side remove the plastic trim under the wiper (4 screws) it is under the windscreen and is accesible from the engin compartment.

The fuses are under the sterring column to the left side.... some models have the fuses behind the "dash" the owners manual of my car says.

The glove compartment must be opened and the inner liner removed to gain access to the fuses. There are two other locations for fuses under the hood. Look on the driver's side under the cross brace and the passenger side behind the headlight and above the car's computer.

The limitation on tires for the Transit Connect stems form the fact that the rear tires take 49 psi in order to carry heavy loads. If you never carry heavy loads you could maybe reduce this pressure but that would cause problems with the wonderful tire pressure monitoring system. There fore you should select an "extra-load" rated tire designed for pressures of at least 49 psi. There are only a couple of such tires on the market. I like the Nokian Entyre.

just press in the black tabs on either side of fuse box in the engine compartment. Lift up and you are done!

There are two. One on end of dash on left side just inside drivers door and another on drivers side under hood.

under the steering column/dash on the right look for a (about 5" x 5") panel held on with a screw or bolt, this covers the fuse box, very hard to see without flashlight (for me at least lol)

I undo the diesel filter and fill with diesel to the top, and refit, Then slacken off the fuel injector supply pipes on the injector end, Crank over engine until fuel appears to leak down injector connection, tighten injector fuel connections and then continue to crank over engine. Should then start to fire up. Keep cranking till engine running on its own.

there are two one is under the hood wheere battery is and the other is on passenger side. if your looking at glove box it on the left where the radio, heat and air controls, and ur lighter, pull the panel back and the fuse box should be there to open panel the should be a littl bump out enough for 1 fingure to pull it back it would be wher your left foot normally is

Look inside the boot and lift the carpet right by the back panel, you should see a small round screw which the end of your jack "winding arm" will fit into.Loosen this screw and look under the car, the tyre should have dropped somewhat ,lift the tyre back up and release the catch, the rack should drop to the floor and allow the tyre to slid out..

Its under the glove box, just pop it out and you'll see it right behind
