If this fails as the vehicle has never been registered then you can try to get clues as to its producer by looking at the engine or crankcase for the name of the producer and from there on look for the information that the VIN gives by consulting lists of published VIN numbers according to manufacturer on the internet or by calling the local agent for this kind of vehicle. In the crankcase

Take the Lid of the box, loosen the clamp on the outside of the box to the carb, and loosen he clamp to the air vent. And last under the box there is 1 bolt, Take the bolt out and It's free.
