The German Shepherd have 3 signs in the face to make sure hes pure what are they?
I can honestly say that I have only heard of one way to tell if a German Shepherd is purebred. This feature has helped me in the long-run because I have been with a lot of Gernan Shepherds. You can always tell the German Shepherd is purebred if they have a bump on their snout. Both of my German Shepherds have that. Now I also have a German Shepherd/Belgian Tuevern mix. On her, she has no bump whatsoever. But, I know she would not have a bump because of her mutt-mix. But if I did not know her bloodlines, I would have figured that she is not purebred.
I hope this was helpful.
P.S. I know this is a very long answer, but I choose to go into detail so that if you need to pass on the information, you can, and be able to show why and how you know.

How Big does a German Shepard lab cross get to be in realistic weight and and height?
A typical German Shepherd female is 23 inches at the shoulder and 65 pounds. A typical German Shepherd dog (male) is 25 inches at the shoulder and 85 pounds.
A typical Labrador Retriever is 22.5 inches at the shoulder and 60 pounds. A typical Labrador Retriever dog (male) is 23.5 inches at the shoulder and 70 pounds.
Most pet Labrador owners tend to over feed their dogs. If you over feed yours, expect the weight to near 100.
-----
It should be noted that American Labrador Retrievers are typically taller than above. For English Labradors (the blocky ones) that's right on par. There are also plenty of perfectly healthy, Labradors that 100lbs is a good weight and isn't overweight by any means. My purebred female Labrador is 6 months old, barely not underweight, 24" tall and 60lbs. She was actually well underweight from growth spurts a couple months ago. The vet is estimating her to be in the 26"-27" range and 80lbs-85lbs. Her parents were both healthy, and also huge for their breed.
According to the AKC, German Shepherds range from 22"-26", no specifics on weight.
Labradors range from 21" - 24.5" 55lbs-75lbs. Here is a bit more on both breeds

What are German Shepherds good at?
First and foremost, they're good at herding sheep. That's what they were originally bred to do. Their particular specialty in herding is called 'boundary style' herding. Unlike Border Collies, which herd relatively small flocks on relatively large plots of land, German Shepherds herd large flocks (200 or more) on small fields. German Shepherds are also good at tracking and protection, which is why they are a popular choice with police departments for police K9s. They are intelligent, good problem solvers, steadfast and biddable, which makes them good guides for the blind and service dogs for people with other kinds of disabilities. They learn fast and have a strong work ethic, which makes them great for sporting competition, such as competition obedience, agility, tracking, and herding. They also make great family pets.
