There might be another bracket to the block for stabilizing and if there is, remove the one bolt for this. The starter will be loose now so support it. Gently twist and lower a little to gain access at the solenoid connections and remove both nuts for these. Slip cables off and the starter is on the ground. Clean connections including grounding area to block and reverse this to install.

The drain plug is located on the driver side, bottom corner of the radiator, facing the engine. Use a pair of biscripts or plyers to GENTLY remove it. Here is a strange tip that works if you are flushing your radiator: Use Palmolive automatic dishwashing detergent instead of flush cleaner. It will neutralize more rust and leave your radiator cleaner. Just remember to run enough water though it that there are not any bubbles left in the radiator or flush water.

tested blower,ok. then tested incoming voltage to blower and found to be zero. the final step was to replace the blower switch. To replace that switch, the middle part of the dashboard, including the radio had to be removed. The ac and heater come in one piece. It worked fine then.

I think, there is a chance that the switch could be just cleaned up and it would work, again I think.

the Yukon has a dome overide switch located next to the headlight switch it has a little light bulb drawing on it that controls if the interior light works or not radio stays on for 5-10 minutes after car is shut off by design unlss door is opened. if radio still stays on when door is opened and lights still don't work after the dome overide is reset ten your problem involves the door switch itself= the swithc that recognizes when the door is open or losed
