Not unless Maryland Change the law in the past couple years. All you need is a drivers license for a car.
there ok. it would be better to get a Yamaha or a Honda. if your gonna get one get like a 110 cc sunl bike.

John Pepper is a Motor bike racer. when he was a school boy he raced the likes carl fogerty. He has been six time british sandtrack champion
Stock (still corked) with 15/48 gearing should hit around 73 mph.
You can order lowering links through Dual Star website. http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Brand/Honda/XR_Lowering_Links.htm
With stock gearing the 125 thumpers will hit 50-55 mph.
well if you just bought a bike with no papers... and the VIN number isn't on the shock... looks like you just bought a stolen bike brother. my oldest brother bought a stolen bike (he didnt know it was stolen at the time) one time and it was dirt cheap. but i would recommend looking up alternative spots to where the VIN number would be.
the engine is automaticaly restricted so it wont go over 60-65 mph. however racing spark plug and 97 unleaded will take it to 70-73 mph. to get more u need to change ecu unit but this kinda operation cost £1200 and simply isnt worth it. after all unrestricted x8 will do 90 - 94 mph but its simply pushing it too far and hard on 125 ccm anyway, . stick to good fuel and spark plug and u ll see the difference in acceleration and top speed. or option nr 2 -get full license and ZX9R . and a coffin as well . better be safe :-)
There are a few ways.
1) Firstly, use "engine braking" to slow the bike to it's slowest, powered, speed, then pull in the clutch to be able to use your foot to slow and stop the bike.
2)Lay the bike down (usually done to avoid accidents). This usually happens on the bends when the bike is sideways. You simply move your weight further away from the bike and let it drop ot the floor and slide to a stop
3)Hit the fence - NOT the best way to stop.
Pretty good in favor of crashing. You ride a dirt bike for the thrill which means you push your riding ability. Sooner or later it does catch up with you.
Check the front fork bearing housing there should be an ID tag there, if not then somewhere on the permanent frame.
First off, The klx 110 does not have 4 gears, (Standard gear shift has 3 gears) It goes 60 mph in 3rd gear. -Answered by Landon
very reliable and go very fast lots of power
I'm going to go ahead and disagree with that statement. About 100%.
Fit a sport exhaust or just cut it off (leave a simple pipe to direct the heat off your legs). If you cut it off it will be reeeeealy noisy though...
To ways. Get a speedohealer or shave a little of the speed sensor nut
My 650r with no engine modification and a 160lb rider goes form 0-60 in 3.1 sec and hits top speed at 142mph at 11,000 rpms. (Speedo's are known to be off on new motorcycles. Using GPS a magazine got 137mph)
I am not sure - but the engine will say how many CCs it has on it somewhere.
Turn the fuel tap to the ON position, make sure its on RUN,HIT THE ORANGE LED LIGHT,and hit the starter all the way to the right.
