Sparta is stronger, obviously. They had a great army. People in Sparta, most of their life, they trained. Even the girls. If you were a baby and you were sick and unhealthy they would throw you out. So only the strong and brave were in Sparta. Spartans were very patriotic too. They were not allowed to show weakness. Some stories say that you would keep a fox in your shirt and it would scratch and bite you. If you showed any weakness you would've been an outcast.
