Your question asks are so presumably you mean now, in 2011. The answer is yes. Quite a lot has changed in Germany since the end of World War 2 in May 1945 (over 65 years ago). I'd add that I'm very surprised by this question. Has it not occurred to you that if Jews were not 'allowed in Germany' now in 2011, there would be pandemononium and uproar and you would have heard about it?

3.Buchenwald is also located in Germany, near Wiemar.

Germany was using gas chambers during world war 1 and so were the soviets almost everyone used gas chambers for their enemies even though they never told anyone about it

The primary way to "alleviate the situation" was to resist & fight Hitler's Germany. That would mean war or armed resistance. For average citizens in occupied countries, they would have to risk the lives of themselves & their family to hide the Jews from the Nazis.
