Companies taking advantage of low labor costs don't make trouble for repressive governments.
Why are human rights important in today's world?
The importance of human rights is that everyone, supposedly, has a secure and safe life. There are many rights that are included in Human Rights, so if you want more info, look on the Internet, you're sure to find something. In my opinion, Psychopathic criminals and terrorists, etc, who have got solid evidence against them, connecting them to a serious crime, should have there human rights taken away from them and should rot in cell somewhere on an island in the Arctic Ocean. :)Also, all laws should contain statements that persons can not be convicted of breaking the law or offending an individual or individuals unless it is proven that the individual has caused financial or bodily harm, only. Calling it offensive because it doesn't agree with your philosophy or is just distasteful to your lifestyle is not breaking the law.
What was Abraham Lincoln's view of slavery before the civil war?
Lincoln didn't believe in slavery, but was enough of a realist to allow that the southern states should be able to keep their slaves - for mostly economic reasons. He didn't want to see slavery extended to other states or - and this is the subject of the famous "Lincoln-Douglas" debates - to the recently and soon to be settled western states. Of the civil war, Lincoln once said that if he could hold the union together without abolishing slavery, he would do so.
Lincoln did believe in slavery but knew it had to end in order to undivide the country and for the sake of the USA
Lincoln did not support slavery. He believe the world should come in peace. He thought that slavery was much like killing a person.

You bet your life it is.

Hitler
Herming Goering
Fidel Castro
Manuel Noreiga
Saddam Hussen
Momar Ghedafe
Some people just have to die and life is better without them. In combat you have to kill people, because its you or them. You kill 1 of theirs and you potentially save maybe 3 of your guys.
When did the national human rights established?

Being ethical is important because it ensures that we treat others with respect, fairness, and honesty. It builds trust and credibility, helps maintain a positive reputation, and contributes to a more harmonious and just society. Ultimately, ethical behavior is a reflection of our values and principles, guiding us to make choices that benefit both ourselves and the wider community.
What is the difference between right and wrong?
The line between right and wrong starts with submission and pride. It ends with respecting the rights of others & willful disobedience to authority. Any thing else will support these points in the middle.
It depends on the state of mind, Culture, and Religion. Lets take a look at someone who has absolutely nothing to live for: No Family, no Friends, treated poorly through their lives, their Atheist so they assume a blissful nothingness awaits them, never had a Lover, just lost their job, you get the idea, their pretty depressed and most likely feeling worthlessness/hopelessness. If they contemplate suicide, it's probably rational. You can't even say it's selfish in this scenario because who would it be selfish to?
Now killing yourself suddenly out of an argument with your Boyfriend/Girlfriend would be irrational because it's something that you'll easily deal with with a few months of time or so. Emotions are running high and in the heat of the moment, you might do something stupid. You'd be hurting everyone around you, and be destroying your future/dreams.
Now lets look at Culture. Go back to World War II, some Japanese soldiers were actually EXPECTED to kill themselves if they had lost the War. Irrational? Maybe to a Western. If you were Japanese living 70 years ago, you'd think much differently than you do now.
In the end, it's only irrational if they have some sort of mental disorder, or their flooding with strong emotions all at once. Suicide is simply thought to be an evil, selfish, irrational act by so many people because the word "Suicide" doesn't give anyone else gain. It can only lose.
Why aren't black people respected?
People respected them differently because they saw them differently. I believe that it started when slavery was common.

What can the court of VA charge or sentence you for getting charged with trespassing?
Sounds like either a local ordnance violation or perhaps a misdemeanor offense. Most likely a monetary fine (or public service) - if jail is involved - not more than one year.
A man can physically live with out honor. Spiritually he could not. There has to be a drive, and a purpose for his life. The man has to live with some kind of pride. Not the selfish pride, but being proud of his family. He could also be proud of the hard work that he has done. he could also be proud of his religion. Being proud to be a christian, and knowing the love that his Savior has for him. If a man does not live with honor he will live a very sad life.
Can someone drive with no licence under the right to travel act?
The Supreme Court has said....
"The right of the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, in the ordinary course of life and business, is a common right which he has under the right to enjoy life and liberty, to acquire and possess property, and to pursue happiness and safety. It includes the right, in so doing, to use the ordinary and usual conveyances of the day, and under the existing modes of travel, includes the right to drive a horse drawn carriage or wagon thereon or to operate an automobile thereon, for the usual and ordinary purpose of life and business." Teche Lines vs. Danforth, Miss., 12 S.2d 784; Thompson vs. Smith, supra.
ALTHOUGH....
The current system plays trickery with the words they use in the STATE's Legislation concerning 'driving' and driver's license.
In their books the term is actualy defined in the law dictionary as trasporting freight or passengers for profit.
What you should be reffering to is "traveling", unless you are actually performing the task of 'driving'.
Requiring a license to 'travel' IS unconstitutional, but requiring one to 'drive' [meaning you do business on the roadways] IS legal and constitutional.

What methods have been used by fair minded people to fight social injustice?
Social injustices have existed throughout human history. They can be as harsh as genocide or as slight as cutting back on budgets for education. It also needs to be pointed out that fighting for social justice is not confined to people of a political part of society. To make a point by using an extreme example, people of all political backgrounds have regarded the genocide in Kosovo in the 1990's an evil that needed to be stopped.
Activists in the United States and the so-called Western World have a good deal of freedom in choosing various means of fighting social injustice. Here are a few common ones and I'll use the denial or attempted actions to vote:
1. Having law makers change or revise laws that impede the right to vote;
1a. This can be done by petitions, legal demonstrations, and through the news media.
2. Using the same tactics to pressure an executive branch of government to enforce more thoroughly, laws already on the books;
3. Electing to Congress or Parliaments people who see the need to change or enforce fair voting laws;
4. Electing a President or Prime Minister who sees that voting laws already on the books need to be enforced or revised.
All persons concerned with social injustices can participate in the actions stated above. People can form organizations to better represent the issues at hand, or can use labor unions as their voice for changes.
Moving to other areas of social injustice here are some methods that have also been effective in making changes that better serve the fight for perceived social injustices. This might involve abuses of public or privately owned businesses.
Here we come into the tactics of using legal demonstrations to convince companies or government operated services to amend practices or create them to improve the lot of employees. This might for example include non discrimination regarding pay and promotions.
Boycotting organizations who have unfair hiring practices.
And using the news media to draw attention to social injustices in organizations that are unfair to their employees.
It should be noted that it is difficult to get media attention on unfair employees policies within news media organizations. As an example, we won't find the influential New York Times writing an editorial about unfair promotion policies within itself..
Once again, within the confines of democratic nations, all of the above can be methods to present to international organizations such as the World Bank or the United Nations, socially unjust policies that need to be addressed.
And it cannot be over stated that persons called progressives, conservatives, Democrats, Republicans or liberals can and should be people who seek to correct social injustices, domestically or internationally.
