Ask every doctor, they will all strongly advise against it. A miscarriage is a pregnancy that your body rejected. The way your body rejects it you will vaginally bleed the rejected pregnancy. Nausea is a sign of early pregnancy which can occur around this time. implantation is simply the attachment of the embryo to the uteran wall. the only real sign of that is possibly a little bit of cramping and some spotting. There do seem to be some cases of women getting a worsening of their symptoms around the time their period would normally occur which would be the same time as implantation but usually that happens so early in the pregnancy that you've only noticed a few signs of pregnancy if any at all. You would be just starting/just about to start showing on home pregnancy tests.

The Vaginal bleeding lasts about a week, but if it lasts 2 weeks or higher or bleeding is very very heavy you might want to see a Doctor. But some people are normal like that.

yes it could if you've had a positive pregnancy test, could be low progesterone levels needing supplement or threatened miscarriage I'd ask my doctor to draw a progesterone level, I did the same and had to miscarry my first before the doctor checked. they usually want "history" which i think is crazy.

I wouldn't recommend it, the stomach muscles are already hard at work protecting the uterus and the developing pregnancy, so you would more than likely be putting your body under quite a bit of stress by doing any abdominal exercises

I am waiting to go to the doctor to confirm how far along I am. I know I'm pregnant but I did a test over a month ago and it was negative, plus I had what seemed like a period but apparently I am at least 6 weeks. I believe that you can get pregnant and still have an actual period for 1 or 2 months. I have not gotten a period since. so my advice is to wait, and take tests. sometimes tests won't show a positive for about 5 weeks.

It is possible but not very likely. Implantation bleeding would occur after ovulation, which is more than a week after most periods end. For implantation bleeding to happen, you would have had to ovulate first, and afterwards it would have to be around a week before you see any spotting.
