Place your magic memory stick in first then hold down L when putting your pandora's battery in and install 5.03 (or whatever) M33 firmware. Then once again go to the forum I showed you before and look for the tutorial on upgrading to the gen firmware (I HIGHLY recommend 5.50 Gen D3 as it has the least amount of problems out of the 5.50 custom firmware).

It's really quite simple. All you have to do is go to your app store, touch the 'search' option (it's between the 'top 25' and 'updates' button) and type in 'Final Fantasy'. It will pull up Final Fantasy l, Final Fantasy ll, Final Fantasy lll, and various Final Fantasy strategy guides. Touch the one you want! The first two Final Fantasies cost $9.00. You have you reboot the iPod. Meaning that all the songs, movies, data on the iPod will be lost. Then is will be unsynced. Or just don't let your friend connect their iPod to your computer.

I just got my Nano. DON'T download extra software, it doesn't even take iTunes (except a simple check) Here's how you do it...

1. Go to iTunes with the iPod plugged in and make sure the 'Enable disk use' box is ticked.

2. Go to 'My Computer', then go into your iPod, once inside click on the DCIM folder and go in there.

3. Open the 000APPLE folder and inside is all your video files, you only need the files with the MP4 extension, the other file you don't need to worry about.

4. Copy and paste the videos onto your hard drive and ENJOY!

To watch the videos use Quick Time or VLC Media Player.

If you are using a Mac just connect your Nano to the Mac. If iPhoto does not open automatically open it. You can set it to open automatically in the iPhoto preferences. Your movies can be loaded into iPhoto and from their shared on Facebook, YouTube or burnt to a disc.
