yup,the Secondary Official Language of the Country is English. and of course most of the Iranian youth Populations are English Capable and simply handle up fair English Language. but if you're for instance about to discuss them regarding a serious sophisticated Academic module ! so it's likely to find only few educated people being capable of that. comparing to Europe , for instance it's more like How Swiss People are English-Capable , not the way a Dutch can handle up English.

This is how Kurdistan as a region was divided.
