If you are a non-member for lvl 3-10 train on chickens. 11-20 train on lvl 9 guards in desert. lvl 21-45 train on hill jiants. lvl 46-59 train on moss jiants. level 60-99 train on deadly red spiders (level 50) or Ankous if you're risky enough (level 79). Both you and the player you want to check must be online, and on the same runescape world. In the clan chat panel (Yellow group icon next to settings) there is a list of online players. Find the arrow on the right, next to their name, and click it. Then click on the icon for checking resources.

Blizzard by far, Jagex has very little merchendise and only a few games and only acouple can be payed for "members".
