To me, I really prefer to work individually cos i think that it can make myself more independent and leadership. Why I say like this, as you know, working only ourselves lead you to build independent, everything you can depend on your need, goal, and desires. If you can control yourself to be a good man, it means that you will be become a good leader regarding your ex-individual experiences. Thus, working individually is not only build the independent, but all it can lead us to success in leadership.

Short-term is talking about what you plan to do within the next few years. Are you planning to get a promotion, or are you happy with where you are? Do you plan to move to a different company within the next few years?
Long-term is talking about what you plan to do in at least 10 years from now. Do you think you will try to be within a different company? Are you planning to move up in the company you are at now? Will you still be doing the same things you are doing now?

You should check out the competencies that are required before the interview using the job advert and the person specification. So if the advert says they need someone with the ability to work as part of a team you will be asked to provide evidence of how you have done this. Prepare your examples and rehearse them before the interview. In that way you can be more relaxed and confident.

If we give you and answer and you get the job then it is likely that you will not be able to hold the job down properly and you may be a danger to your employer and your workmates.
Quite frankly if you can not fill in a job application without asking the internet what to write you are probably unemployable anyway.
What do you do if your phone rings during an interview?
First of all, it is important to catch your initial reaction. DO NOT curse in front of the interview panel.
Then, turn the phone off as quickly as possible and apologize. Say "Oh, I am so sorry" and move on. Don't dwell on it. Don't make a million excuses. If you had to leave the phone on because your grandmother is in the hospital you should have told them when the interview started. And they don't want to hear that this never happens to you, because it obviously just did.
Continue the interview as if nothing had happened. Don't let it throw you off. ---- Secondly, turn your phone off before you enter the interview.
