To some degree, yes. It is possible in the sense that you can put a motherboard in a portable case, connect it to battery power, use smaller drives, etc... The main issues in doing so are heat dissipation and the power system / power management. Heat dissipation is the ability to remove heat from the system so that it does not overheat, a greater challenge in a small case. The problem with power is first that you will probably not be able find a portable power supply that can automatically switch from AC power to batteries. Even if you do, monitoring it may not be handled transparently by the operating system (ie a battery icon in the system tray), requiring additional software.

If it's got an inbuilt webcam, it should also come with software pre-installed. My Compaq laptop has a webcam and a programme called Cyberlink YouCam, which I had to look for in the list of programmes. When the programme is opened, the webcam switches on (a little light lights up next to it) and... there's me on the screen, looking older and fatter than I ever imagined. Webcams are not flattering.

If what you are asking is can you take a picture of you screen then the answer is yes. What needs to be done is use the print screen button (PrtSc) located in the top right corner on most keyboard setups. Then take it into windows paint. All Microsoft come with this basic photo editor program you can find it ...... start menu/ all programs/ accessories/ paint. Once open just put the courser over the blank area of the story board right click and past or use (Ctrl+v) for the short cut. Save as file format of you choice. I would sagest JPG. or PNG giff is good also. Hope this helps....
