The Corby II has some developer support to possibly convert it from its proprietary Samsung OS to Android OS. There doesn't appear to be much written on it, but if you do a search on YouTube, there's a few how-to's on installing a version of Android (could be from a Samsung Galaxy Mini) to the Corby II.

The HP PSC 1210 is supported by Mac OS X (See links below) and does not require additional drivers. Run Software Update from the Apple menu (top left corner) to ensure your Mac OS X is up to date.

When a system says it is unable to open an application because it is not supported it means that the application was written for a version of the system other than the one being used. For example newer software written to work with Mac OS X 10.6 may not always work with older versions of Mac OS X as it is requires features from the new version which are not in the older version. If software has specific system requirements these are usually stated on the packaging or on the developers website.

Delete the application file from /Applications or wherever else you put it. Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and higher will only work on Macs with an Intel processor not on earlier Power PC Macs. Some install discs supplied with a particular line of Macs will not work on other Macs. So to answer the question... No.

If you want to keep the original photo, than drag it to the desktop before you do anything else. If not, than start from this step. Double-click the photo from iPhoto that you want to use. Now you are in Editing Mode. Click the "Adjust" button in the lower right hand corner of the window. Go crazy with the bars and set the temperature, tint, sharpness etc. to whatever you like. Close the "Adjust" box. Then, click "Done". After that, click "Email" in the lower right hand corner and select the size you would like to use. Repeat these steps until you've finished all the pictures you wanted to use. Move all the pictures into one email and set them up in a grid form. Once you're done with that, take a screen shot by Shift+Command+4. Select the pop art. The pop art will appear on your desktop. If you kept original photos, than drag them back into iPhoto. If you forgot and you want to keep the picture the way it was before you changed it, simply double-click on the photo, click "Adjust" and then "Reset" and the original photo is back to normal!

The Mac Mini is a compact computer, minus any optical drives or monitor. i.e. It cannot read discs, but does have USB and other standard inputs. If you have a monitor and want a simple core system, it will work for you. (It has a processor, RAM, internal storage, etc).

DMG is a native format for OSX. OSX will open DMG if you double click on it.

Get a copy of resedit, it will show invisible files, and even allow you to make files invisible. Then start looking around. I'm sure there is a program to do it automatically, but this is what I use.

For the Mac there are numerous tools available. Macs come with a set of developer tools that, when installed, offer tools and utilities for assorted tasks. Depending what you are trying to achieve OxED or Hex Fiend (See links below) may be adequate.

If you download Linux to your mac, nothing will happen until you initiate the installer. If you want to install Linux but keep Mac OS also installed, you will need to partition your hard drive. This can be done using the Disk Utility application that is found in the Utilities folder of Application. Finder > Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility

I don't use those, since I am a programmer myself and I prefer to write all the code, but I can suggest a place where you could find one.

Go to sourceforge.net. It has thousands of free software of any kind for any operating system. You should be able to find any kind of software you are searching for on that website. It has everything, and everything there is free and open-source. SourceForge even has a whole software category for code generators, it should contain game makers and some of them should have versions for Mac OS X.

You don't need a mixer. You will need an audio interface (either USB or Firewire) that has phantom power, that is, 48 volt power to power this condener microphone. With the interface connected, you can use this microphone with Garageband or any other recording software that support CoreAudio hardware.

The Graphical User Interface (GUI) was developed by Xerox at their Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). They used the GUI concepts in their Xerox 8010 Star Information System in 1981.

The idea was developed further by Apple and used in their Lisa in 1983, then the Macintosh in 1984.


So technically the Mac OS was not the first GUI but it was the first to be widely adopted by consumers.

The ManRoulette website uses Flash to connect with the webcam. The Mac needs to have the latest version of Flash Player installed (See links below) and permission has to be granted for the website to access the camera.
