Mazda 6 3.0L V6 with 5 speed manual First, the mileage will differ in Summer vs. Winter. From my experience, expect the mileage to differ by from 2-3 mpg. Second, it will differ depending on how you drive. I drive gently, using the full "hammer down" sparingly. In Winter, expect 24-25 mpg. In Summer, 26-28 mpg. This is a mixture of city stop and go and interstate driving. A steady state, 65 mph in Summer will generate 30 mpg.
How do you replace fog light Mazda 6?

Crawl under the front end. There are 5 screws holding on a plastic guard under the foglight. Take them out... You can see the back of the fog light. Twist the wiring harness counter clockwise. Bingo. The bulb is out. Unclip from the wiring harness. Replace with H11-55 bulbs. Unfortunately Sylvania doesn't make any of these in the silverstar models.

I have a 2003. A few months I was sitting in my car for a half hour idling and when I started driving again, white smoke, everywhere! I was going to have it towed to the dealership, but I decided to drive it instead. The smoke eventually went away, but I had them look at it anyway. They said there was oil in the intake and did a full fuel injection cleaning. I haven't had the problem again, though it went away before I got to the dealer, so maybe I wouldn't have seen it anyway.

How do you replace a Mazda 6 2003 headlamp?
I am guessing your talking about the dome light or the map light. if so then the first thing I did was cut the switch to off then it's a real pain but it seem to work and the manual said that is how you do it. will The manual shows a flat head screw driver but there is no way that works. I had to use a razor blade with handle. If you look very carefully you will see two tiny square shape on the end facing the engine. where the clear plastic is on the dome light. that where I put the razor and pryed on it over and over till I got it pop out. cause it's a very thick plastic. then use the razor to remove the shiney silver thing same way. then take a plier and gently pull the bulb out and pay attention to which side the metal is on cause I didn't and when I put the light one and tried it, it didn't work so I fliped it the other way and it worked. Try it out before you put it back together, It may save you from having to take it apart again. putting it back together is easy. just pop everything back in the way you took it out. Remove the caliper, then caliper bracket. There might be 1 or 2 Phillips bolts. You usually need an impact drive to bust those loose. Then usually the rotor falls loose, if not hit it with a hammer a few times.

How do you replace a Mazda 2006 low beam headlight bulb?
I had a hard time with this one.. there is a wire latch across the back of the bulb that you need to un-hook before you can take the bulb out. If it is on your driver side you can disconect your coolent container to give you more room. Once you have the bulb out you need to take it out of the "harness" it is in. It took me awhile to figure it out!
I'm not a technician but when i took my Mazda 6 to get the oil changed i overheard a tech telling another customer with the same problem that the cabin air filter was clogged and needed to be changed and that would fix the problem. take it to a Mazda dealer and tell them you need the cabin filter changed.
