Lethargia can be caused by either physical or mental illness
Many physical illnesses can cause lethargia. Some examples are diabetes and poor nutrition. It's always better to look out and monitor any other symptoms and take note and have a visit to a doctor to be on the safe side.
Many mental illnesses can cause both physical and mental lethargia; in other words, you literally feel tired, can't get up and also don't feel like you want to get up (whereas physical illness is simply not being able to get up but wanting to). Some examples are depression, anxiety.
Lethargia can also be caused by too much sugar; you can have a suger crash. (One contributor noticed that happened as he got past my mid 20's ... he couldn't eat the same amount of sweets as he could before.) Basicaly you feel tired and/or irritated. It lasts about half an hour in some cases. Avoiding too much sugar is the best solution.
Weather can have an effect on your body and mind too; heat makes you lethargic, and cold makes you want to hibernate.
Or sometimes you're just having a lazy or bad day.

How much money does a car salesman make a year?
That depends on whether he is a new/ prior owned car salesman. Even then, that depends on how many cars are sold, which only he and his boss would know, unless there are some really nosey people!
ANSWER
A good car salesman can make anywhere between 20K per year to over 100K per year. (I'm speaking from experience) . From my experience, it's better to work at a large new car dealership, because they sell both new and used, giving you greater potential. Also because they tend to have more "traffic" or customers coming in and out because they usually have a service department. In addition if you're good at your job, you have more potential of moving up into management.....where the real money is.
