Can you drink Out-of-date alcohol?
I've just done it and I feel like I'm going to die. DONT DO IT! The only reason the above poster feels they are going to die is not because the alcohol is bad, but they have a hangover or is not use to drinking! Beer that has been opened and sits for awhile will grow stale (just like pop), but it won't make you sick. There is something called, 'green beer' which means the beer has not been properly brewed and yes, that can make you sick, but not enough to die from. Wine will also go flat if opened and not re corked. It's still drinkable, but for anyone who likes wine they'd throw it out if it's been sitting uncorked for a long while. Other alcohol such as Rye, White/Dark Rum, Brandy, Gin, etc., does not have an expiration date and does not go bad. In fact, some forms of hard liquor sometimes grow stronger with age. Drinking too much will make you sick, especially drinking on an empty stomach. Some people are allergic to alcohol and either not feel well or get sick.

Idea in Tifton, Georgia for students. If you want this to be a suprise, don't read anything else and just experience it yourself.
It is this really neat thing Tift County School (Northeast Campus) does to help their students know more about life and decisions. It shows you how bad decisions can make life harder and good decisions will make your life easier.
Its not actually a maze. Just steps and processes. It is based on chance. The students go through aphebetically. The students have no "say" on what their choices are.
I currently attend Northeast Campus, and my experience was this. No two people's experiences are the same.
I later found out from her she was accused of underage drinking. She obviously wasnt really, but she drew a "yes" out of a hat which meant she was. She put on "beer goggles" and they forced her to walk in a straightline. Beer goggles are like sunglasses and stelectiscope in one. It makes you dizzy and feel drunk. She went to jail and was actually fingerprinted. She had a mugshot and everything. She had to plead her case in court. She said "innocent" twice and was forced back in to trial both times. She said "guilty" and they let her go.
She got pregnant by drawing a "yes" out of a hat. They put a pregnant sack on her and gave her a hospital gown. They took her picture. Then you could have many different options. Giving baby up for adoption, abortion, baby dying in labor, or spouse took the baby. She and her baby both died in labor. She was actually looking down at a coffin with a mirror in it so it gives the effect your dead.
Of course the "yes" meant something bad and of course, i got a "yes" This meant I had sex. So I had to go to a station that said I had sex. I had a disease (cant remember name) and went to another station which was "drugstore." I got a cure for my disease, and it worked.
It is one of the most fun things you'll ever do in highschool. You keep your experiences in a book and you keep your photos. I enjoyed it very much and if they had it for all highschool students and not just freshmen, I would go EVERY year!!!

Why do people relapse from drugs and alcohol after going through rehab?
Because both are highly addictive in some people. It depends on the individual. Some can go through rehab and come out the other end a stronger person and never do drugs or touch another drop of alcohol, but others have an addictive personality and although they really try hard they often will fall back into old habits. When I see people messed up on drugs or alcohol I often wonder what terrible things they may have gone through to make them this way. Is it simply an addictive personality or they are deadening a pain deep within. I feel it's both.
What effects does mixing oxycodone and alcohol and ambien on blood alcohol concentration?

Since there is no standard measurement for degree of effacement, there is no way to answer the question accurately.
However, if you are referring to being drunk, drunkenness progresses faster the more you drink, because your body falls behind in its efforts to clear the alcohol from your system.
For example, the body can clear one standard drink (roughly one 12-ounce American beer) per hour. If you drink five beers in five hours, you will not be drunk at all at the end of the hour after you finish the beer.
If, however, you drink the 5 beers in three hours, you are likely to exceed the legal limit to drive, and drinking them over a 1-hour period guarantees you will be drunk, whether you believe you are or not.
If a driver refused to take an alcohol test what happens?
They will still get arrested. Most likely, they will assume you are drunk and charge you with it if you refuse, but either way, you won't be driving anywhere.
Answer:
Alot of states have an administrative suspension that occurs when you refuse to take a breath test, but if you have the money for an attorney, they will tell you to always refuse. Also, refuse road side sobriety tests, and the road side breathalyzer as well. Don't talk except to inform them your attorney's name. If you do all this, it would be almost impossible for you to be convicted in court of the DUI, that's why they put the administrative license suspension in for refusing the test. Odds are your lawyer can either get you out of the suspension all together or get you driving privelages.
However having said all that, if you are drunk then the country has almost 0 sympathy for you and might convict you on the cops word alone, so I would suggest calling a taxi. If you can't afford a taxi then you probably shouldn't be drinking and be at your second job. DUI is about the most retarded crime that can possibly be committed with all the options out there to avoid it.
