Hello. No it isn't normal to spot while on the pill unless you have missed some pills (or a pill). Spotting while on the pill can be due to pregnancy, break through ovulation or because the doseage of the pill isn't high enough for you. See your doctor.

Periods stop immediately you get pregnant. Most women are fertile 12-16 days before a period is due. Although most women do not experience periods during pregnancy some women have periods the first couple of months, up to 6 or 7 months and in rare, throughout the entire pregnancy.

Mucus discharge is a normal part of a woman's fertility cycle. It is produced at the cervix, as an aid to, or prevention of, sperm migration and health. Occasionally the mucus will make its way out of the vagina, usually showing up in underwear or on toilet paper after wiping. Thick, cremay mucus is non-fertile mucus...it doesn't help sperm live long or travel well thru the vagina/fallopian tubes. Maybe you've noticed more stretchy, clearer mucus halfway through your cycle...this is fertile-time mucus. The consistency of it helps sperm live longer and travel in your body as an aid to conception.

Try not to think about him and if you do think about good things not bad. Try and maybe give him a call =] So you could hear his voice, or you could look at some pictures of him that might make you feel a bit better. If you cant do either of that, try not to think of him. Do somthing time consuming to keep your mind off him, somthing that requires you to concentrate. =]

Discharge is the vagina's way of cleaning out the bacteria etc inside. It's normal and it can get thicker during ovulation. If you never had it before it's most likely ovulation and means you will be getting your period soon.

Some girls do get there period twice a month like at the begin of the month and at the end of it. If you are having two periods close together that's something that you should go get checked out at the doctors.

Unfortunately, there really is no way to quicken your period. Menstruation is natural and the only time you can either decrease your periods or stop them all together is if you're on a birth control.

Probably not, don't panic though, if you are sexually active then an obvious explanation could be pregnancy, if you are using contraception then this could be due to that, if you are older you may be going through the menopause, although its probably something not to worry about, you should book a routine appointment with your doctor to talk about it.

I would recommend taking a pregnancy test or visiting your doctor. It is still possilbe to have your period when you are pregnant, or antoher possibility is that you were pregnant and are now miscarrying. If the latter is the case, you may need to have a D&C( dialation & cutterage) in order to remove any remaining placenta. If this is not done it may result in some major health issues

To get a little more technical, stress actually causes you to not ovulate. Not ovulating can tell your body that you don't need to menstruate. So if something traumatic (and sometimes not so traumatic) happens right before you are due to ovulate, your body will push it later to a more optimal time. So if something happens a week before, your body may wait a week which would then in turn make your period a week late. A FANTASTIC book to read is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" It really makes a ton of sense when you read it and then think about your body and what it is telling you. Not directely

Yes, if you skip your sugar pills and go straight to the next pack, you can delay your period and take the sugar pills later when it's more convenient.

It is fairly normal, yes. However, if you experience pain and the discharge gets brighter or heavier, go and see the doctor/midwife/obstetrician straight away. Most women have some kind of brown discharge during pregnancy though.

if you are using the month long pack (the last week being placebos (green/blue colored pills)) then you should have your period the last week of the pack (while taking the placebos). however, when first starting the pill it is normal to have irregular periods.

This can be caused by a range of things both serious and non-serious. It can range from simple local damage or polyps to one of the cancers such as cervical or ovarian. It may not be serious, but don't make the mistake of doing nothing for this reason. Get it checked out.

There could be a couple of reasons #1) do you think you might be pregnant? if you are sometimes this will happen, your period is trying to start but if pregnant it wont.#2) it could be due to stress #3) it could be this month is just a bad period month but for whatever reason make an appointment with your GYN doctor ..Good Luck This is very common when one is on birth control pills (not good for you by the way.) The birth control pill contains hormones so it stands to reason that it will put your hormone level off. Brown/black blood is "old blood" not fresh. Your periods may become erratic (missing some, having a couple in one month) but it's always safe to go and talk to your doctor and express what is going on.

that's a period because I'm just having one like your describing and I'm not on the pill either. Mines black looks like discharge some of it lol

High Blood pressure, blood clots, stroke, cancer. there are more but those are all on the warcning label & well documented.

When blood stops flowing it is usually called coagulation. In medical terms it is called a platelet plug.

It is way for your body to clean out itself... It is very normal for you to without being sexual active. Now if you are sexual active this can lead to an yeast infection or other problems... If so please sit down and tlak to your parents or an counseler at your school/ some adult that you can trust and tell them what is going on. Best wishes

Well, its pretty simple. If you are spotting, you are spotting. If its your period you will be bleeding constantly. When womnen spot it is usually just spots of blood, not even enough that you have to where a pad or tampon. When on your period, you would not dare walk out with out one. Lastly,a period can last for maybe a week at the most, spotting can last on and off for ever.

Hi Um.. Stress can indeed make you period lighter. I expericenced the same , I thought i was pregnant( which I wouldn't want) But yet I got this bleeding which was light but yet still heavier than spotting! I hope I am not pregnant because I am diffinately not prepared.I have been stressed out over the pass 2 weeks about pregnancy and stuff, So stress can triger a ligh period :P

Yes, it could be an indication of reproductive cancers or endometriosis. It can also lead to severe anemia (low blood iron). You should see a doctor right away. It may not be serious but don't take that chance. God bless you. Be well.
