A lot of models would have really fast metabolisms, others would probably starve themselves and work out like crazy to get toned.

If you want to become toned (not super-model thin!) try do some cardio exercises. Kick boxing is a lot of fun and is a great way to get rid of excess stress!

And a good, healthy eating plan always works, too

these models have the money to hide and fix any problems they get physically,

also if you look at them in certain lights they DO look VERY anorexic, they look to me like they are about to drop any second,

but they again have the money to help "fix" any noticeable internal and external problems.

normal girls don't and that's the real danger,

if you get that thin YOU will be likely to die,

THEY get all kinds of strange and expensive things to keep them going, typical vitamins certainly wont help them, so they will have to be getting something to keep living, walking and working and starve themselves

and the ones that have that muscle tone do because some do work out, (but they work out too much especially in relation to their diets)

also i wouldn't be surprised if some of them were buying implants ie you can get calf muscle implants so why not for the arm too, (i think these people would implant a silicone heart if they could because they can certainly afford it)

some could possibly be taking some kind of steroid,

any of these things are possible, don't take at face value the fact that they have muscle definition, are thin and still seem to be getting on fine- they wont be fine.

and all because they know if they look bad unfit and ill on screen and in mags then people would know the truth about their health

and they would be hounded out of the business for that and for giving the worst impression of health and fitness to girls and women

you will see what you want to see in these people,teenage and young girls look and see healthy, pretty,sexy admirable,desired and happy women.

i look and see what they are very ill, very pathetic, very controlled, very stressed and very sad and unhappy individuals.

i look and see how bad it is today, they ALL seem to look like that now and this is what makes it look normal,

even all the supermodel of the 80s and 90s look like that now when they didnt before,

its NOT normal to look like that, you are sick if you look like that, and you don't want to be sick.

and you most certainly don't want to die at a young age because you don't know any better.

when you actually see how thin and ill they and any real anorexic is you see how terrible it is. it is a fatal disease, these models, singers and movie stars are mostly all sick with it. they can just pay well to hide it well on tv.

take a second look at these people,

without all the lashings of make up,

without touch ups from professionals,

without all the thousands of hair products

without all the lighting and youll see they do look thin and ill

their eyes are hollow and bland with no sparkle or life, their skin is always spotty, dry and blotchy they have lots of bags and lines under their eyes, their hair is thin and stringy

make up and hair products are a savior of women for a reason-it can hide everything if put on right,

ive seen plenty of pics of these models with out all the make up etc and that's what you see, because that's actually what they look like

exercise is very healthy and fun, but so is eating, its just finding the balance that works for you and your goal, as long as your goal is to be healthy and fit you will never look like them and you shouldn't.

Swish Model Management is a great agency in Winnipeg. They have the majority of the work, both print and runway. They also have lots of girls and guys traveling internationally, including Meaghan Waller - the winner of Canada's Next Top Model. They also don't charge ridiculous fees for modeling training, unlike most other agencies in Winnipeg.

Panache Model & Talent Management is the only agency and school in Winnipeg. They are recognized as one of the best agencies in Canada. Their models appear in fashion shows and ad campaigns all over the world in the largest markets.

Anyone can be an extra in Film and Television.

Unlike actors, extras do NOT have agents who take a 10 percent commission. You simply register with extras casting companies and call in each day on their casting lines to get work. Unless you hire a "booking Service" for about $30 -$50 a month to "call-in" and get you the work. Of course these "calling or booking services" really do not "call-in" to get you the work, they simply know people at the extras casting companies and get lists of what they need, and act as "sub-casting agents". Think about it, why would the extras casting company individually call each and every person, when they can just call a "booking service" and say, "we need 120 people for a party scene". Then the "booking service" does all the work and calls each of their clients themselves! SAG is trying to regulate these companies at some point, but the fact remains that these services can get you much more work than you can on your own just calling in on the casting lines all day trying to get through the busy signals.

The Screen Actors Guild does have jurisdiction over backround actors, however, the contracts only require a small number of union extras to be hired for a given union production, and the rest of the extras are non-union. This is part of the contract that production companies sign with the union. There is a publication called "Extra Work for Brain Surgeons". It truly is the Bible of Extra work. I am NOT one to try to sell books for anyone. But I am in the know about this subject.

followed by Bill Dance Casting. You simply register with these places, and then you work. There is a huge amount of work for non-union extras, and just a small amount of union extra work. As a matter of fact, one can work every day as a non-union extra, but if you are a SAG member, it is much harder to get union extra jobs. This is because a given TV show for example, only has to hire 10 union extras, and the rest can be non-union. If you sign up with a "booking service" or "calling service" as they like to call themselves, you can literally work every day. But the pay is not much more than minimum wage for non-union, although overtime is usually the norm as well as "wardrobe allowance" and sometimes "mileage allowance". You also can get paid extra for using your car, pet, or props in a scene. There are many SAG members secretly doing non-union extra work simply because there just is not enough union extra jobs to go around.

You must live in LA (or within driving distance) of course, get a "Thomas Guide" map book, and have a cell phone and a car. But if you do your homework, you literally can work every day, no matter your experience or looks. You can be young or old, tall or short, overweight or underweight, some one-armed dude, or whatever. There is plenty of work to go around, and Hollywood needs all types of people. You don't even need headshots or a resume, they take a digital photo when you register with all of those extras casting companies. Just stick with the legit companies. There is a nominal $25 or so fee to register. Even SAG member have to pay a "photo fee" to register.

So there it is.

Don't take bad advice. Just register with the big extras casting companies and follow the rules of working as a fim/tv extra. As I said, I am NOT out to sell that book, you can do some research and find out all you need, but be careful as there are tons of bottom-feeders scamming people who want to work in film/tv as extras.

If you are lucky, you can even become "SAG Eligible" from doing non-union extra work, but that is a whole other long story.
