How do you clean a airfilter on a dirt bike?
not that hard, you should clean it every ride. unscrew the plate or seat covering the air filter. once you have taken the filter out clean it throughly with varsol (paint thiner) then water it down and use soap if nessasary. make sure all of the oil is off and dark sploches. also make sure that there is no paint thinner still inside the filter because it will eat away at the filter and engine as it runs. scrub it well but don't put too much pressure on it or ring it out with your hands. this will destroy the parcles inside it. then let it dry for a good hour and check it. if it is totally dry, then its time to oil it. use a good brand of oil like bel ray. it doesnt matter if its a spray kind or a liquid. spray or pour it on making sure that there is no spots missed. then flip it inside out and do the same. make sure that there is no spots missed and that you have oil everywere on it including the sides. then reinstall it back in your bike

I still run a 2 stroke and change gear oil every 5 hours of riding time.
How much oil and petrol do you mix with a yz 80?
This depends on the oil you're using and your jetting setup. You can run anywhere from 20:1 (20 parts gas to 1 part oil, i.e. 20 liters of gasoline, one liter oil mixed in a jug) to 50:1 and even 100:1 with some of the newer high-tech oils (Amsoil Dominator, etc). I believe the sticker on the fender of my YZ80 said 32:1. I ran a little on the rich side, closer to 30:1 or even 28:1, simply because I believe that more oil means better lubrication means longer life, and I haven't had a piston burn up on me yet with this mindset.
So, for most people, I would suggest running 30:1.

I wouldn't advise it. If it does start and run, you will cause more internal damage to the engine.

Where did travis pastrana grow up?
It was based on him wanting to win so bad that his parents never let Travis go to school so he could just ride,ride, and ride some more. It was a good thing that his parents did that or else Travis wouldn't be living his wonderful life that he has right now. When Travis was 4 years old, he got his first motorcycle and wanted to start racing at about 4 years and one minute!!! Later, Travis started attending Loretta Lynn's amatuer national and really showed his speed. His strong desire to win is what makes him our hero today and his determination from coming back from injuries was incredible. So, either if it was luck or it was just hard work and focus is what makes him a Supercross, Motocross, and Motocross of Nations champion, Freestyle, and Rally Car champion. How do you remove an engine from an RM 125?
, I have recently removed the engine out of my 89 rm 125. Despite its age I'm guessing the steps are pretty similar to newer bikes.
This is what i did:
Disconected all water hoses to the engine
unhooked the intake boot from the carb as well as the clutch cable, and electrical
Took out the two main bolts out of the bottom of the engine
this was the difficult part:
The bolt that connects the engine and swing arm is one stubborn SOB. I ended up turning a solid steel pounding rod into a mushroom pounding on that bolt trying to get it out.
Sometimes depending on the position of the bike there is too much tension between the swing arm and bolt for it to come out without stripping the threads and bearings, but it eventually came out.

Size wise, it would fit, however it wont bolt into the frame if that is what you are asking.
